Since the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities,more students have the opportunity to receive higher education,the number of college graduates increases year by year.At the same time,the disappearance of the demographic dividend led to the increase in the cost of production,some labor-intensive enterprises recruitment difficulties,so recruiting college students has become a way to make up for the shortage of labor.The existence of this phenomenon makes the students who have been educated become cheap labor under the teaching practice.However,no work and social experience of college students,is not very clear how to protect their own interests,even don't know what kind of rights and interests,imperfect legal system is not in the scope of the labour contract to intern law,so when interns interests are violated can not find security basis.Some internship units from the maximization of their own interests,any internship purpose is to solve the employment problem of students will reduce the production costs,cheap labor,for the protection of the rights and interests of the interns.The government supervision is not in place and the lack of incentive mechanism to guide enterprises to recruit interns,so some enterprises better not willing to recruit interns,or enroll fewer interns,internships,internships in the competition is not ideal.The school is in the implementation of the practice of education in the process of management is not strict,too formal failed to achieve the purpose of teaching practice,but also can not guarantee the interests of interns in the course of practice.Aiming at the above problems and reasons of the government and the school should pay attention to students' practice,and provide a good practice environment from the perspective of the purpose of improving the teaching quality for students to practice,to play its due role in the process of teaching,let the students through practice and improve the knowledge application ability,have a positive impact for the development of occupation later.In the domestic theoretical research and combing the existing basis of China's practice of college students employment development,made clear our country employment intern is improving with the reform of China's education system and,more and more attention in the educational practice,occupation academy school major universities will exercise for real education part.However,with the emergence of the "labor shortage",a large number of labor-intensive enterprises to recruit interns by cheap labor,for this phenomenon by a University of Henan Province,questionnairesand collected online data analysis found that China's current interns rights and interests security has some problems: the students in the process of practice is from when cheap labor,practice contents have little relationship with the teaching content,practice simple repetition,practice basic rights in the process of invasion etc..This paper analyzes the causes of the rights and interests protection in the process of interns' employment from the perspectives of enterprises,schools and students.Finally,on the basis of learning from the experience of foreign countries,this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions from the angles of enterprises,schools and students.
