| In recent years,the level of men’s shot put in foreign countries has made rapid progress,while the level of shot put in China is relatively low,and the related research is few.This article USES the literature material method,test method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,selection of London in 2017 world championships men’s shot put eight athletes before and the 2019 world championships qualifiers in the six excellent men’s shot put athletes as test object,through 3 d image resolution every vote result of men’s shot put athletes at home and abroad,The indexes of men’s shot put rotation technology are analyzed.The paper makes a comparative analysis of the rotating throwing technique between the foreign elite male shot put athletes and the Chinese elite male shot put athletes,especially the in-depth comparative study of the indicators of each stage of the rotating technique,analyzes the correlation between the indicators and the sports performance,and finally gets the specific scientific sports parameters.Explore elite male shot-putter rotating throwing technology in China and the world’s top technology compared with the defect reason,found the technical advantages and disadvantages and can learn from,for raising the man shot put athletes spinning technology in our country to provide theoretical support,improve the scientific nature of the man shot put athletes training in our country,improve the man the athletic performance of athletes.Research Conclusions:1.The total time of Chinese male shot putters in the process of rotation and throwing is longer than that of foreign players.The order of foreign players’ time is double support stage > single support stage > transition stage = the last force > lift stage;The order of domestic players is double support stage > single support stage >last force > transition stage > flying stage.2.The domestic men’s shot put athletes lower rotating throwing process equipment speed compared with foreign athletes,domestic players generally deliberately to instrument speed up ahead of time,after the equipment for amplitude may be small,the center of gravity speed fluctuation,left leg stretching in a smaller,right leg not active,subsequent compaction state influence left leg,the lower limbs with certain problems.3.The total domestic men’s shot put athletes rotating throwing process equipment trajectory distance is lower than foreign athletes,the reason may be that right leg swinging across a smaller,forcing the right shoulder speed up ahead of time,lead to equipment track run short,not form a good beyond the instrument position,body center of gravity forward early in the final stage in advance.4.The height of the center of gravity of Chinese male shot putters is lower than that of foreign athletes in the process of rotating and throwing,and the height of foreign athletes is higher than that of domestic athletes.In the last stage of exerting,the lower limbs are not sufficiently off the ground and the ideal height is not reached;There is a certain correlation between the shooting height and the shooting Angle. |
