Research objective: this study took the rotary shot-put throwing technique of China’s five outstanding men’s shot-put in the trials of the national track and field grand prix and the world track and field championships in 2018 as the research object.The technical process of rotary shot-put is divided into several stages.Through the analysis,this paper finds out the advantages and the areas that need to be improved in the rotary shot-putting technique of Chinese men’s shot-putting athletes,so as to provide directions for the athletes to improve their technique and improve their performance,and to provide help for the development of the rotary shot-putting technique.In addition,the theoretical research on men’s rotational shot put is less,can also hope that through this article research into the shot put movement to do some contributions to the development of the theory of increasing the research,make the research more and more about rotary,to a certain extent of rotating shot put teaching and training to provide theoretical basis and practical reference value.Research methods: this study used the literature material method,test method,mathematical statistics method and other methods,the test method of the game by two cameras filming,and then throwing process of video parsing of athletes,the analytic software APAS,sports video analysis system of America,choose Japan hideki matsui show human model as the model parameters,and 19 key points according to project requirement,in addition to select a shot put additional points,the video by parsing,finally to low filtering smoothing data smoothing coefficient of 8,to obtain the basic data required.Research conclusions:1.Chinese male shot putter has a long time in the double support stage and single support stage.It takes a short time in the flying stage,which is conducive to the quick landing of the right foot,making the human body enter the next stage more quickly.The short duration of the transition stage and the final exertion stage indicates that the lower extremity stretching speed is fast,which can drive the hip and shoulder joints to obtain the best hand speed in the later stage.2.In the double support stage,the difference between the center of gravity speed and the apparatus is too large,and the tightness of the left side is poor.The velocity of the right hip is too high during the single support phase.The flight stage has strong control ability to the instrument and no early acceleration occurs.The speed of transition is reasonable.In the final stage,the speed of the machine shot is lower than that of the world elite athletes.3.China’s male shot putter in the double support stage right foot off the ground moment right knee joint extension is not sufficient,which is not conducive to the center of gravity quickly to the left leg transition.Li Jun and Feng Jie’s left ankle joint Angle is too big in single support stage.The Angle of the left knee drops too much inthe air.During the transition phase and the final exertion phase,the joint angles are reasonable without any problems. |
