Shot put is a track and field event with a high degree of complexity in both movement and technique. It requires not only excellent physical fitness conditions, but also extremely professional and technical movements. The perfect combination of the two is the key to achieving excellent results.Athletes have put forward extremely high requirements. If they want to achieve excellent results, they must strive for excellence in technology. The research on my country’s excellent shot put athletes is quite rich, but there are few researches on my country’s disabled athletes by consulting major databases,so it is of great significance to in-depth research on my country’s excellent disabled athletes.Research purpose: Through testing the technical movements of the Chinese excellent disabled F46 athlete Hou Zhanbiao before the training, analyze the advantages and disadvantages of his technical movement characteristics, and intervene in the later training to correct his movement characteristics to improve sports The results also prepare for the postponement of the 2021 Tokyo Olympics.Research method: This article uses literature method, expert interview method, experiment method, mathematical statistics and other methods, taking my country’s outstanding disabled male shot put athlete Hou Zhanbiao as the research object, through training test videos to observe and study the F46 athlete Hou Zhanbiao Analyze and study the technical movement characteristics of the three stages of sliding stage, transition stage and final exertion stage.Using horizontal and vertical comparison methods,a comprehensive analysis of the technical movements of the athlete Hou Zhanbiao’s 5 tests is carried out in the vertical direction, and the horizontal is quoted from domestic relevant The technical action parameters of excellent athletes are used as a reference to find out the gap and conduct an objective analysis.Research results:(1)Sliding stage: At this stage, athlete Hou Zhanbiao’s average kick angle is 61.6°±2.048°,the kick angle is too large, the right knee angle is too small when the right foot is off the ground, but Hou Zhanbiao lands on his right foot The right knee angle instantly fluctuates little and is relatively stable.Within a reasonable range, the average torso inclination is 43.2°±2.387°.The left shoulder and left arm swing back force prematurely, resulting in a relatively large trunk inclination. The left leg swings actively, and the right leg has not yet landed at the highest speed achieved by the left leg.At this stage, the speed of the body’s center of gravity and the speed of the equipment are basically the same, there is a small gap, which is beneficial F46to surpass the equipment.(2)Transition stage: At this stage, the athlete Hou Zhanbiao’s right knee angle at the moment his left foot hits the ground is118.13°±2.168°,which is slightly larger. The average value of the left knee joint is139.82°±1.723°,which does not change much, and the control is relatively reasonable. At this stage, the moment the left foot hits the ground, the left hip is not braked in time, which affects the rotation of the right hip.In the transitional stage, there is a difference between the center of gravity speed and the speed of the equipment, which is not conducive to the formation of overtaking equipment, and more training is needed. However, the center of gravity speed and the speed of the equipment show an upward trend, which is a good phenomenon, and the center of gravity does not fluctuate much.(3)Final exertion stage: At this stage, the athlete Hou Zhanbiao’s average shot height is 2.04m±0.278 m,which is slightly lower, and the average shot speed is 10.71m/s±0.514m/s,which is also slightly lower, but the shot angle is mostly at Within a reasonable range, better control. At this stage, the left side support technology is not ideal, the height of the center of gravity shows a steady upward trend, and the control is reasonable.Research conclusions:(1)During the sliding stage,Hou Zhanbiao has a large kick angle, the body’s center of gravity is easy to rise, the center of gravity fluctuates, which is not conducive to the acquisition of horizontal speed.Secondly, the angle of the right knee joint is small, and the right knee joint during the sliding step Insufficient stretching and short sliding distance will inevitably result in the formation of the best posture for the second two stages. However,at this stage,Hou Zhanbiao’s body speed and equipment speed basically tended to be the same, which was relatively good.At the same time, the height of the center of gravity in the sliding phase remained basically stable, which played a good role in the transition phase.(2)In the transition phase, the right knee angle is too large, which will cause the upper torso to rise too early, which will affect the formation of a powerful posture in the next stage. At the moment of landing on the left foot, the speed of the right hip is greater than the speed of the left hip.The reason is that the left hip is not actively inserted back, which is not conducive to the next stage of connection. At this stage, the body’s center of gravity speed and equipment speed continue to rise, which is more beneficial to the final shot speed.(3)In the final stage of exerting force,Hou Zhanbiao’s shot was relatively stable, but his shot angle was relatively low, which was limited by his height and arm length. The shot speed was smaller than that of elite athletes, which was not conducive to the increase in the horizontal speed of the F46equipment.The shooting angle is relatively unstable. At this stage, the left side support technique is not very ideal, but the movement of the body’s center of gravity height is better at this stage, showing an upward trend.
