With the country’s emphasis on the education industry,more and more entrepreneurs are turning their focus to education and training.In May 2021,the state put forward the "double reduction" policy.In this context,the training industry in the management and performance evaluation system is not perfect on the basis of its development of the normative requirements.The double reduction policy makes clear provisions for training institutions: reduce after-school tutoring,and supervise the approval,operation and training categories of out-of-school training institutions to ensure the standardization of institutions.Therefore,it is urgent to set up a scientific performance management evaluation system to improve the management ability of educational institutions,and promote the normative development and the development of institutions for a long term.Based on the research object of D educational institutions,the paper will analyze the research method of balanced scorecard from the financial dimension,customer dimension,internal management dimension,and employee learning and growth.First,according to the overall strategic objectives of D educational institutions,the goal is decomposed and the strategic map is drawn;Second,the key performance indicators are determined according to the four dimensions of the balanced scorecard,and the evaluation index system is established,and the key performance indicators are assigned by expert scoring.It is concluded that the problems faced by D educational institutions are unreasonable financial distribution,lower satisfaction of members and parents,lack of reasonable performance evaluation system,large mobility of employees,lack of cohesion.In the light of its current development,the feasibility of the proposal and improvement measures.
