| During the 14th Five-Year Plan period,China’s education entered the stage of high-quality development,the process of education information continues to accelerate,online learning has gradually become a popular new learning model,and the number of online learning platforms is also increasing.Looking at the current construction of online learning platforms in the market,most of them focus on promoting the sharing of educational resources and expanding their own market share.However,the low completion rate and high dropout rate of online learning have become the pain point for the further development of online learning platforms.Therefore,from the perspective of learning experience,this paper selects and analyzes the factors that affect learning experience in the construction of online learning platform,excavates the key factors that can improve learning experience,and speeds up the realization of universal sharing of educational resources,so as to provide reference for the targeted construction of optimizing learning experience of online learning platform.To seek a breakthrough between the development of online learning platform itself and the improvement of user experience.First of all,in this paper,the related concepts of online learning platform,and can be used to the theoretical models are analyzed and discussed,in reference of the existing research results at home and abroad,and the online learning quality evaluation system,on the basis of combining expert interview finalized the learning experience elements set online learning platform,for the later practice application of kano model provided material.Secondly,the Kano model questionnaire analysis method and the traditional classification+Better Worse classification method were used to preliminarily divide the learning experience elements of online learning platform into necessary factors,attractive factors,expected factors,no difference factors,etc.,to accurately identify the positive and negative effects of each factor on learning experience.Then,according to the classification results of the elements of better worse,a scatter plot of the factors of learning experience is drawn,and the classification theory of the improved element screening line and the key element screening line is used to identify the more important part of the learning experience element set of online learning platform,that is,the key element set of improving the learning experience.The results show that there are A total of 45 learning experience factors of online learning platform,among which 7 are necessary factors(M),26 are expected factors(O),9 are attractive factors(A),1 is irrelevant factor(1)and 2 are reverse factors(R)through preliminary classification.After that,39 improvement elements were obtained through the sensitivity ranking,and 7 key elements,such as "establishing feedback system",were selected through the key element selection line,in order to provide reference for the optimization and construction of online learning platform. |
