Research On The Access Of Rural Poor Families To Targeted Poverty Alleviation Through Education

Education targeted poverty alleviation has a significant impact on blocking the intergenerational transmission of poverty.To help the poor people overcome poverty,we should not only give them material assistance,but also give them knowledge and cultural capital,establish confidence and determination to bid farewell to poverty,and stimulate the endogenous motivation of the poor people to get out of poverty.In this study,the rural poor families in Nanchang County and Xinjian District of Nanchang City in Jiangxi Province were selected as the research objects.From the three dimensions of access to education targeted poverty alleviation opportunities,access to education targeted poverty alleviation process and access to education targeted poverty alleviation results,through the form of questionnaire survey,combined with the investigation of the comprehensive status and benefit improvement of poor families receiving education targeted poverty alleviation,Based on the analysis of the access level and influencing factors of targeted poverty alleviation,it is found that the economic income of poor families has increased significantly after receiving targeted education assistance;A small number of poor families have the idea or plan to let their children give up their studies because of their low income and backward concept of schooling;Through the help of various education targeted poverty alleviation measures,the access to education targeted poverty alleviation and the quality of family life of poor families are significantly improved;Family members gave high evaluation on the implementation effect of targeted poverty alleviation through education.The attitude and characteristics of children themselves and social support are two key factors in the impact of targeted poverty alleviation on poor families.In order to further improve the quality and ability of the poor population and realize the stable poverty alleviation in poor areas,this paper puts forward suggestions from four aspects: policy implementation and implementation,improving the level of rural education public service,expanding the income of rural poor families,and improving the degree and quality of targeted poverty alleviation for poor students,To consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation and provide decision-making reference for the organic connection of rural talent revitalization.
