Abstract/Summary:
Higher vocational colleges shoulder the responsibility of training high-quality skilled talents.As the goal of talent training in higher vocational colleges,higher vocational students are important potential human resources to support economic and social development.The professional identity and self-efficacy of higher vocational students are closely related to learning burnout,which directly affects their learning state.The learning state of higher vocational students directly affects the quality and quantity of high-quality skilled talents.Therefore,the research on the relationship between professional identity,self-efficacy and learning burnout of higher vocational students plays an important role in improving the learning status of higher vocational students and cultivating more high-quality and innovative skilled talents.Through literature research,referring to previous research results,combined with expert opinions and the characteristics of higher vocational college students,this paper established the evaluation index system of professional identity scale,self-efficacy scale and learning burnout scale,and conducted a questionnaire survey on three higher vocational colleges in Jiangxi Province.Using difference analysis,this paper analyzes the basic situation of students’ professional identity,self-efficacy and learning burnout in higher vocational colleges.This paper constructs the relationship model among professional identity,self-efficacy and learning burnout of higher vocational students,and through confirmatory factor analysis.The conclusions are as follows:(1)the detection rate of mild learning burnout is 22.80%,the detection rate of learning burnout is 71.3%,and the detection rate of severe learning burnout is 5.2%;(2)the professional identity of Vocational College Students in Jiangxi Province has a significant reverse effect on learning burnout;(3)the self-efficacy of Vocational College Students in Jiangxi Province has a significant reverse effect on learning burnout(4)the self-efficacy of Vocational College Students in Jiangxi Province has an obvious mediating effect between professional identity and learning burnout.In order to alleviate the learning burnout of vocational college students,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: build a modern education system,enrich the classroom content,strengthen professional identity education,enhance professional identity,build a positive psychological quality,and build a comprehensive social support system...
