The coaching level of grassroots coaches in China is often affected by their own experience and the same group effect,especially for post service education,the same group effect may have more positive significance.To study the coaching level of grassroots coaches in China from the perspective of the same group effect can not only investigate the influence degree of grassroots coaches in this respect,but also know what kind of peer effect is more significant.It has important theory and practice to improve the teaching level of grassroots coaches,change teaching methods and promote the overall level of teaching of grassroots coaches in China Guiding significance.Using the methods of literature,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,taking advantage of the national training opportunity of the national grass-roots coaches(2019),as a member of the research group,the questionnaire was distributed and recovered to verify the same group effect from seven dimensions:training plan,problem solving,teaching behavior,talent selection and scientific research,post training,promotion mode and coaching influence.Results:(1)From the same group effect of training plan,the training plan failed to show significant direct and indirect effects on teaching level,and showed a weak negative effect.With the introduction of other variables,it did not show significant changes,indicating that the impact of the same group effect was low and stable,but there were significant differences in professional titles and academic qualifications It was significantly higher than that of coaches under undergraduate or senior titles.(2)From the same group effect of problem solving,there are different performances in four aspects of the same project coaches’ communication,non same project coaches’ communication,experts’ communication and literature review,but the communication of non same project coaches shows a certain negative impact,which indicates that the way of solving problems of grass-roots coaches in China may be mainly affected by the communication of coaches of the same project,almost not Seeking the communication between coaches of different events will be influenced by other introduced variables.At the same time,there are also significant differences in education and professional titles.(3)From the same group effect of coaching behavior,without considering the relevant control variables,the coaches in the athletes’ period and the coaches in this project show a significant negative impact,while self-study shows a significant positive effect;when the relevant control variables and explanatory variables are introduced,the significant effect is not obvious,which indicates that the coaching behavior of grassroots coaches has an impact on the teaching level However,the influence will be weakened by the introduction of subject experience variables and control variables.At the same time,social identity shows a significant intermediary effect,that is,there is a certain indirect effect.(4)From the same group effect of selection and research,no matter whether the control variables are considered or not,this dimension has no significant effect,and is less affected by the subject experience variables.The social identity of the subject experience variables shows a negative effect.Because the index is a reverse index,it shows that the higher the social identity,the more obvious the teaching level.At the same time,social identity has intermediary effect,showing a certain indirect effect.(5)From the same group effect of on-the-job training,without considering the relevant control variables,the on-the-job training has a significant impact on the teaching level,but this impact will be weakened with the introduction of the subject experience variable and control variable.At the same time,the post training will play an indirect role through the intermediary variable of social identity,which also has educational background and professional title There are significant differences between the two groups.(6)From the same group effect of promotion mode,the way of consulting experts can significantly improve the teaching level of coaches,and there is a significant indirect effect.The way of communication with project coaches,non same project coaches and online books has a certain negative impact,and there are differences in professional titles and academic qualifications.(7)From the same group effect of teaching effect,lack of training has a significant impact,and social identity has a significant mediating effect.Lack of training has a direct and indirect significant impact on teaching level,and there are significant differences in professional titles and academic qualifications.Conclusions: On the whole,the same group effect of grassroots coaches in China is not obvious,but there is significant positive significance in the aspects of promotion mode and on-the-job training.Especially,the coaching level of coaches can be improved by consulting experts and participating in on-the-job training.At the same time,there is a certain intergenerational effect,but it is greatly affected by other variables.In addition,the subjective experience variables(policy,system,methods)are also significant Therefore,it is suggested that the grass-roots coaches should expand the scope of communication with the group,build a diversified knowledge system,and relevant functional departments should constantly improve the post training system and establish the corresponding security mechanism.
