The professional development of young college physical education teachers is a process of personal internal and external promotion,including professional knowledge and professional skills,as well as emotions,attitudes,motivations,professional development awareness,etc.,which determine the overall quality and effects of college sports.education.With the continuous deepening of college physical education reform,new standards and higher requirements have been put forward for the professional development of young college physical education teachers.In order to promote the professional development of young physical education teachers in colleges and universities,this research adopts research methods such as literature data method,structured interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,and action research method.On the basis of clarifying the relevant theories of the professional development of physical education teachers,through a comprehensive investigation of the professional development status of young physical education teachers in colleges and universities,the plight of their professional development is revealed,and the factors affecting the professional development of young physical education teachers in colleges and universities are analyzed,and specific professional development is proposed.path.This article mainly demonstrates from the following parts:The first part is the introduction.It mainly focuses on the innovation and development of the reform and innovation of the physical education curriculum in Colleges and universities,improves the teaching quality and effect of the physical education courses in Colleges and universities,and guides the professional development of the young PE teachers in Colleges and universities.This paper explains the research from the theoretical and practical dimensions.significance;The existing research results are summarized from the definition of relevant core concepts,the professional development of teachers at home and abroad,the professional development of physical education teachers at home and abroad,and literature review;This paper constructs the research ideas and technical route from four aspects: theoretical interpretation,current situation investigation,factor analysis and path.The second part is the research object and method.According to the research purpose of the thesis,this article takes "professional development of young physical education teachers in colleges and universities" as the research object,and uses a sampling method that combines stratified sampling and random sampling to study a total of 160 young physical education teachers in 12 universities in Hunan and Guangdong..And use literature research method,questionnaire survey method,structured interview method,mathematical statistics method,action research method and other research methods to try to solve the practical problems of the professional development of young physical education teachers in colleges and universities.The third part is the related theoretical discussion on the professional development of physical education teachers.In order to deepen the knowledge and understanding of the professional development of young physical education teachers in colleges and universities from the perspective of core literacy,the researchers based on the existing research,from the value orientation and connotation of the professional development of physical education teachers,and the characteristics of the professional
