Literacy is a hot topic in the field of education and sports in recent years.In the context of the era when basic education is shifting from "knowledge-based" to "literacy-based",the party and the country have an increasingly urgent need for high-quality,professional physical education teachers,and humanistic literacy plays an increasingly important role in the construction of high-quality physical education teachers.For a long time,physical education teachers have been plagued by "stigmatization," which is closely related to their own humanistic literacy,in addition to the misunderstanding and discrimination from outside.As physical education teachers in the new era,the question of what aspects of their humanities should be improved and how to distinguish these qualities from external expressions has become an issue of great concern.Therefore,this study aims to explore the structural system of physical education teachers’ humanistic literacy,and on this basis,developing the expressive level of physical education teachers’ humanistic literacy,in order to lay a foundation for the evaluation and cultivation of physical education teachers’ humanistic literacy.First of all,by using the literature method,the relevant research progress of physical education teachers’ humanistic literacy at home and abroad is sorted out,which lays a theoretical foundation for structural exploration and expressive level development.Secondly,on the basis of in-depth interviews with 15 front-line physical education teachers,using grounded theory to explore and form the structural system of physical education teachers’ humanistic literacy.On this basis,based on the basic process of the program development method,six researchers in the field of sports were invited to brainstorm to develop the expressive level of humanistic literacy of physical education teachers.The final conclusion is as follows:1.The structural system of physical education teachers’ humanistic literacy contains: five main categories: humanistic accumulation,sports culture,sports aesthetics,humanistic practice,and individual cultivation;humanistic knowledge,humanistic sports concept,sports culture accumulation,cultural appreciation awareness and ability,sports culture communication,sports aesthetic awareness and ability,aesthetic teaching ability,civilized teaching,words and deeds influence,humanistic care,professional cultivation,learning awareness,interpersonal communication,excellent traits 14 categories,41 concepts and 133 labeled nodes.The system basically includes all aspects of the physical education teacher’s humanistic literacy structure.Through the theoretical saturation test,it has been fully verified that the structural system has good reliability and validity.2.According to the structural system of physical education teachers’ humanistic literacy explored by grounded theory,the expressive level of physical education teachers’ humanistic literacy developed following the principles of comprehensiveness,specificity and clarity includes humanistic accumulation,sports culture,sports aesthetics,and humanistic practice 5 evaluation dimensions and individual cultivation,humanistic knowledge,humanistic sports concept,sports culture accumulation,cultural appreciation awareness and ability,sports culture communication,sports aesthetic awareness and ability,aesthetic teaching ability,civilized teaching,words and deeds influence,humanistic care,professional cultivation 14 evaluation elements,learning awareness,interpersonal communication,and excellent traits,each evaluation element has 3 levels(level 1-level 3),which comprehensively depicts the specific performance of physical education teachers’ humanistic literacy at different levels.This expressive level was discussed and determined by 6 researchers in the field of sports.It is scientific and reliable,and can be used as a basic evaluation tool for evaluating the level of humanistic literacy of physical education teachers. |
