| In the context of the coronavirus(COVID-19)pandemic and the implementation of the "double reduction policy",the competition in training and education industry is becoming increasingly fierce.How to effectively manage talents has become an important topic in the current education industry.At present,the phenomenon of brain drain in postgraduate entrance examination and training is becoming more and more obvious,which has evolved into an important challenge for enterprise talent management.Wantong education,as an education and training enterprise,was established in 2007.It is mainly engaged in business education.At present,it is facing the serious problem of brain drain in teaching and research departments.Therefore,this paper endeavors to combine theory and practice,and applies the comprehensive salary,competency model and Maslow demand theory to analyze and refine the influencing factors leading to the resignation of Wantong education teaching and research employees,and puts forward the relevant countermeasures for the retention of Wantong education talents.Through questionnaire survey and interview,this paper finds that management mode,career development,corporate culture,salary are the main factors leading to the resignation of teaching and research employees of Wantong education.Further statistical analysis shows that four main reasons gave rise to the above-mentioned phenomenon,such as the conservative ideas and concepts on management mode,the narrowed promotion channel of teaching and research employees,shortcoming on humanized management and non-incentive salary.On this basis,this paper systematically puts forward targeted plans and countermeasures,such as building an active and participatory management style,establishing a dual track promotion system,creating a humanized management mode,and formulating a diversified salary performance system,so as to improve the human resource management system of Wantong education and retain key teaching and research employees,provide reference and suggestions to ensure the future sustainable development of enterprises.It is hoped that this study can provide reference for the same type of companies. |
