The construction of "double-qualified" teachers is not a new topic,but it is a topic which is worth studying and discussing,because it is the most important concept in the field of vocational education of teachers in China.Vocational schools are important places to cultivate technical talents for the society,and teachers’ construction is a key ring.The construction of "double-qualified" teacher sustainable development provides a professional road for the development of vocational education teachers,at the same time also makes the teacher more close to the market and the enterprise and understand the industry dynamic,which lays the foundation for teaching.At present,there are few related studies on the construction of "double-qualified" teachers in secondary vocational schools,especially in the economically underdeveloped mountainous areas of east,west and north Guangdong,so it is necessary to supplement the shortage of the present study through relevant research,to broaden the research scope of the construction of the "double-qualified" teachers and to better provide reference for related standards and system.In this paper,the sustainable development countermeasures of "double-qualified" teachers in secondary vocational schools in Heyuan are taken as the research direction.Through literature analysis,this paper sorted out the previous research results,conducted field investigation and research on four secondary vocational schools in Heyuan City by means of interview and questionnaire survey,and applied hierarchy of needs theory to "double-qualified" teachers by analyzing the difficulties and causes of teachers’ sustainable development,it is found that teachers lack self-management consciousness and sustainable development concept,and there are phenomena of job burnout and lack of self-career planning.Schools lack "double-qualified" teachers’ management mechanism and the concept of sustainable construction.Schools also have no effective system guarantee,or effective training system and schools provide few practical platforms for teachers and lack positive atmosphere leading.Government lacks double division supervision mechanism and the degree of attention and policy support for the constructions of double division are not enough.Therefore,based on the results of investigation and analysis,the author uses the theory of lifelong education and the theory of learning organization as the framework to construct the sustainable development of "double-qualified" teachers training countermeasures from the three levels of individuals,schools and governments.Teachers should set up the concept of lifelong learning and correct career goals,reasonably carry out career planning and time management to ensure the initiative and continuity of personal development;The schools should establish and improve the management mechanism of "double-qualified" teachers,establish a scientific training system,create a practice platform for "double-qualified" teachers and the creation of a learning team to enhance the leading role of the atmosphere to provide a smooth channel for the development of "double-qualified" teachers.The government should pay attention to the construction of "double-qualified" teachers and promote the sustainable development of "double-qualified" teachers by formulating relevant policies.Only when the government attaches importance to schools and supports individual consciousness,can the three forms a synergy to better promote the construction of local "double-qualified" teachers.
