| Early childhood education and training is a rising industry that is developing rapidly at this stage.The nature of this industry determines that its foothold and development cannot be separated from the assistance of training teachers.Therefore,strengthening the management of training teachers is very important.The YJBB training center implements the performance appraisal mechanism for teachers to encourage training teachers to obtain greater work performance,but there are various problems when it is actually implemented.Therefore,this research is based on the performance appraisal mechanism,trying to use improved design to assist teachers and the training center to cooperate with each other for a win-win situation.This article mainly analyzes the preschool education and training school,that is,the YJBB training center’s KPI perspective of its teacher performance evaluation mechanism,according to the method of "discovering problems,researching problems,and dealing with problems",using literature method,case study method,etc.,combined Important knowledge of performance appraisal,research the problems in the teacher performance appraisal mechanism of YJBB training center,and give targeted measures.Important conclusions include: First,to study the unrealistic performance appraisal objectives in the teacher performance appraisal system of YJBB training center,unscientific performance appraisal indicators,performance communication and feedback lag,and unreasonable use of appraisal results.Second,clarify the teacher performance indicators of YJBB training center on the premise of KPI,and use the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weights,and finally establish the teacher performance evaluation system of YJBB training center.Based on this premise,the performance planning,performance implementation,performance appraisal,performance feedback and other steps are improved,and targeted measures are given.Third,in order to ensure that the teacher performance appraisal mechanism of YJBB Training Center can be successfully implemented and achieve the desired goals,various assurance plans have been set up,covering the strengthening of the training center management ’ s attention to performance appraisal and strengthening the training in performance appraisal.,Establish a performance-oriented corporate culture,enhance teachers’ enthusiasm for participation and improve supporting performance salary and career development platform incentive systems.Using the analysis of this article,the main purpose is to provide efficient improvement measures for the teacher performance evaluation mechanism of YJBB training center,improve the incentive effect of teacher performance evaluation,and also bring certain inspiration to other training centers. |
