In the context of "Internet +",the Internet is deeply integrated with traditional industries,and the application of network technology fundamentally covers traditional business models.The education industry in the new era is gradually developing against the background of the Internet and is facing fierce competition and challenges.M education and training company has also been walking along in such a changing environment,serving many people with dreams.However,due to the continuous development of Internet technology,M education and training companies are facing a greater crisis.How should M education and training companies transform? The development of the current situation has become an important topic to be studied in this article.This article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly summarizes the research content and methods,research background and significance.Expounds the theoretical basis of the thesis from 4Ps theory,STP marketing theory and service marketing theory,and clarifies the analysis methods of the thesis from PEST analysis,Porter’s five forces model and SWOT analysis.The third chapter takes M education training company as a case study,focusing on the analysis of the marketing environment of M education training company under the background of the Internet.The fourth chapter mainly explores and analyzes the current development of M education training company’s marketing strategy and the existing problems.From the perspective of 4Ps,it analyzes the marketing status and existing problems of M education training company under the Internet background at this stage,and puts forward that the main reasons for the problems of M education training company’s marketing strategy are backward marketing thinking,lack of marketing capabilities,and lack of incentives for employees.As a result,the company’s current marketing is hindered to a certain extent.The fifth chapter proposes a plan to optimize the marketing strategy of M education training company.Under the condition of further segmenting the consumer market,a marketing strategy optimization plan suitable for education companies under the Internet background was proposed,including four aspects: product portfolio optimization,promotion,price and integrated marketing.At the same time,to ensure the effective implementation of this measure.The sixth chapter is conclusions and prospects,summarizing the research content and innovations of this article,and presenting followup prospects.Research believes that:(1)The development trend of the education and training industry is very strong.The innovation of marketing concepts and the reform of marketing models are particularly important.(2)M Education and Training Company generally has certain competitive advantages and good development prospects.But the company currently lacks network marketing professionals.Fierce industry competition makes the company must change its marketing strategy.(3)The optimization measures of M Education Training Company’s marketing strategy include market positioning and 4P marketing strategy.The safeguard measures include strengthening innovative marketing concepts,strengthening the professionalism of the marketing team,and adopting appropriate marketing incentives.
