Exercise is an important way to keep the human body healthy,exercise equipment in sports play a professional auxiliary training role,such as treadmills,climbing machines,rowing machines,etc..With the rise of the Internet era,sports apps and smart sports equipment are increasingly popular among consumers.At the same time,the user demand for App is also changing,only the use of cell phones to assist sports there are limitations such as action is not standard,guidance is not timely,in order to solve the above problems,the text design a set of resistance trainer based on the Kinect sensor action recognition function,can help users in the use of the process of movement correction assisted sports training.Firstly,by collecting the research status of related products at home and abroad and systematically organizing and summarizing the action recognition technology,and using the questionnaire survey method to obtain the group questions of fitness and sports people,and then by using the interview method and RDS survey method to dig deeper into the user needs and establish a typical user profile,and finally using the KJ method to derive 10 functional demand cards of typical users to guide the design of intelligent sports products Practice.The existing motion recognition technology was sorted out according to the functional requirement cards,and after various comparisons,the Kinect sensor recognition technology was finally used in the product design to realize the real-time posture correction function in the process of motion to ensure the professionalism and immediacy of the product assisted motion.In the design of Kinect sensor-based motion products,there are two main research parts: intelligent resistance trainer modeling design and Kinect sensor motion posture correction function application.For the posture correction function application,in the process of posture recognition of Kinect sensor,improved algorithms are introduced to improve the accuracy of posture information recognized by Kinect sensor.At the same time,the standard action and the actual action comparison method is used for posture correction comparison,and the user is reminded to improve the action through the resistance trainer body vibration sensor and OLED information display when the user’s action is detected to be different from the standard action.In the modeling design,mainly according to the demand card derived from the KJ method to design the product size,operation function,etc.,the product modeling design combined with ergonomics and CMF design method to determine the product size,weight,material,color,according to the above research results and data to determine the sketch plan,in multiple sketch plan to choose the best plan,and then through the Rhinoceros software modeling and Rendering,and finally finish the design of resistance trainer based on Kinect sensor.
