Role play is one of the most important types of preschool children ’ s game activities.The form of role play can promote the development of children ’ s cognition,language and sociality.Children interact with peers and the environment in role games,creatively imitate and respond to the surrounding life to obtain pleasure,satisfaction and experience.Appropriate role game environment can not only assist the occurrence and development of children ’ s role games,but also promote the development of children ’ s ability in all aspects of operational materials and peer interaction.The creation of role-playing game environment is more flexible and diversified than that of other game environments,and requires higher professional quality of teachers.Based on the perspective of children,this study collects children ’ s experience,ideas and visions of the physical environment of the role play area by using the three methods of children ’ s meetings,painting activities and autonomous photography in the mosaic method.According to the grounded theory,children ’ s expressions and works are coded and analyzed,and the physical environment characteristics of the role play area in the perspective of children are obtained.Through the three-level coding,it is summarized into three aspects :space setting,game theme and game material.And from the perspective of children to perspective the current status of the creation of the physical environment in the role play area,to explore the various factors affecting the perspective of children.Five suggestions are put forward for the process and concept of creating the physical environment in the role play area :enriching children ’ s social life experience and stimulating children ’ s demand for the creation of the role play environment;encourage children to express themselves diversifiedly and improve children ’ s evaluation ability of role game environment;to listen to children ’ s voices with true feelings and seek more children ’ s views in the creation of the environment;break through the creation mode of inherent role game environment,and use art form to realize children ’ s creative ideas;guide children to participate in the creation of the physical environment in person and achieve the return of children ’s rights as environmental owners.The following conclusions are drawn : Children have different opinions on the creation of the material environment in the current role play area;children have unique aesthetic and choice preferences for the material environment in the role play area;children have the will and ability to participate in the creation of the material environment in the role play area;children ’ s perspective is affected by various factors such as individual differences;the creation of the material environment in the role play area should listen more to the voice of children.It is hoped that through this study,more preschool educators will listen to children’ s voice when creating the physical environment of the role play area,and give children more participation and choice. |
