implement the socialist core values,as an important breakthrough to promote quality education and lead the school sports reform and innovation.General Secretary Xi has repeatedly expressed the same desires as hundreds of millions of people in the football field.The Chinese football must have the confidence and patience to carry it out.Hope is on the children.To this end,he personally presided over the central comprehensive deepening reform leadership group meeting,deliberated and adopted the "China Football Reform Overall Plan",through the five "combined" and "three-step" football development goals,the development of Chinese football Got the right path.As a characteristic city for the development of football in China,Jinan City has developed well in children's football.This paper investigates the current situation of the development of children's football in Jinan,finds out the problems and difficulties encountered in the development of children's football in Jinan,and explores the problem.The strategy provides theoretical basis and operability suggestions for the development of kindergarten soccer in Jinan,and also provides reference for the development of children's football in other regions of China.This paper mainly uses questionnaires and interviews to investigate the current situation and existing problems of kindergarten football in Jinan.The kindergarten football in Jinan has developed rapidly in recent years.More and more kindergartens have carried out this sport,some kindergartens even regard it as their own school-running feature.Among the kindergarten management,most people attach importance to the development of children's football and support children's football development.These people advocate that promoting children's football in the kindergarten stage can improve the physical quality of young children,cultivate their spirit of enthusiasm and courage,form a good sense of team and collective honor,and create a good atmosphere inside the kindergarten to enrich extracurricular activities of children.However,some kindergarten managers do not attach importance to this activity and are not willing to support the activities.At present,the age structure of kindergarten football teachers in Jinan is reasonable.They are mainly middle-aged teachers.On the one hand,they have rich experience in early childhood teaching,on the other hand,they have the innovation spirit and ability to try new teaching methods.In the process of popularization of higher education in China,the education level of kindergarten football teachers in Jinan is gradually improving.Because of the gender gap in the preschool teacher industry,men lack the idea of being preschool teacher,and women account for the majority of children's football teachers.At present,there are widespread problems in the teaching ability of football teachers in various kindergartens.Fewer teachers have engaged in professional football.Many teachers have turned to be football teachers from other fields.More teachers are also kindergarten teachers teaching other subjects.Teaching work does not pay enough attention to the training and teaching of football.Parents' awareness of football value still needs to be improved.Some parents argue that participating in football plays a negative role in the learning of young children.Others believe that participating in early childhood football is likely to cause injuries to their children.This part of children's parents only see the negative impact of the children's football,and the enthusiasm and initiative towards the football is not enough.Due to the fact that many parents have considerable prejudice against children's football,they do not support this movement,which also causes children not willing to participate,or participate in the activity not actively,which affects the children's football development and also causes some children lose original interest in football.This paper believes that the government,kindergartens and society should form a joint effort and pay attention to the development of children's football.Strengthen the construction of early childhood football teachers,classify and stratify the current kindergarten football teachers,arrange them to receive professional football training in batches,improve their teaching level,and become qualified early childhood football teachers.Teachers should match the development of physiology and psychology of preschool children in football teaching.In the teaching process,we should follow the inspiration,induction,development and scientific education standards,and know how to use reasonable and feasible teaching methods.Relevant departments and schools should make the parents of preschool children realize the importance and positive significance of the children's football development through publicity and guidance,and eliminate their past concerns about their children's participation in football activities.
