| In recent years,with the continuous and efficient development of the overall quality of China’s education and the increasing demand for higher talents in the current social economy,the scale of higher education has gradually expanded,and the degree of popularization of higher education has gradually deepened.The enrolment scale of postgraduate education has continued to grow,and the number of interdisciplinary postgraduate students has also expanded.Interdisciplinary postgraduates are an emerging talent group with a high-level compound knowledge structure under the new situation of higher education development and evolution.Physical education is a hot subject in recent years,and the number of interdisciplinary graduate students applying for physical education is also increasing.While the number of interdisciplinary physical education graduate students has increased,many problems have also appeared in the training process.The emergence of problems has led to a decrease in the quality of education for interdisciplinary students,and academic problems have prevented interdisciplinary physical education graduate students from being able to do well.Meet and adapt to current school and employer needs.Based on the collection and arrangement of various research materials on interdisciplinary postgraduates in the past through CNKI and other network databases.The research selects interdisciplinary physical education graduate students in Sichuan Province as the research object,and collects research data according to the research method of grounded theory in "Basics of Qualitative Research: Procedures and Techniques of Grounded Theory".The research materials are collected through questionnaires,interviews and other research methods,and through these materials,the academic difficulties of interdisciplinary physical education graduate students are analyzed,and the reasons for the academic difficulties are analyzed.Among them,the interviews in this study are divided into pre-interview and post-interview.In the pre-interview,10 interdisciplinary sports master students were selected for interviews,and the main dimensions of interdisciplinary students’ academic difficulties were obtained.And referring to the main dimensions obtained,and combined with the dimensions set up in the 2013 my country Graduate Satisfaction Survey Report,the basic conditions for the granting and review of degree sites in my country’s colleges and universities,and other materials to design a questionnaire,from the theoretical course learning part,scientific research part,sports This paper investigates the academic situation of interdisciplinary sports master students from four dimensions: technical ability learning and professional practice.The survey results were analyzed and processed by SPSS22.0 and Excel software,and operations such as descriptive statistics were carried out.The post-interview is based on the pre-interview,combined with the opinions of experts and scholars to design the interview outline.In the later interviews,20 interdisciplinary physical education postgraduates from different universities and grades were selected for in-depth interviews.After the in-depth interview in the later stage,the data of the interview was coded at three levels through Excel software.Through these data,we analyze the specific aspects of the academic difficulties of interdisciplinary physical education graduate students,and analyze the reasons for the academic difficulties.After synthesizing the previous research results,it is found that the specific manifestations of the academic predicament of the interdisciplinary physical education graduate students are that the professional foundation of the interdisciplinary physical education graduate students is "innately insufficient,and the acquired growth is slow";insufficient scientific research ability training,academic research frustration;insufficient accumulation of writing skills,writing The level is not outstanding;the overall level of technical skills is low,and there are many learning restrictions;the professional skills are not fully mastered,and the physical practice ability is poor;the teaching practice is lacking,and the teaching skills need to be improved.According to the survey results in the article,the academic dilemma existing in the academic process of interdisciplinary sports graduate students and the analysis of the causes of the dilemma,this study proposes the following solutions: First,interdisciplinary postgraduate students actively improve themselves: give full play to their own Subjective initiative,strive to consolidate the professional foundation;actively participate in scientific research projects or topics to improve scientific research ability;actively communicate with tutors and actively seek personalized guidance from tutors;make reasonable arrangements to improve their own physical and technical skills;moderately participate in practice and fully exercise sports work ability.Secondly,carry out personalized school management: schools improve curriculum settings;attach importance to professional compulsory course feedback;strengthen professional practice guidance,etc. |
