The rapid development and wide application of the Internet have had a profound impact on the education field,and blended learning has emerged.Blended learning advocates the integration of online learning and face-to-face learning,and promotes the advantages of the two to achieve the optimization of education through richer learning resources and more diversified learning media.The degree of learning engagement can reflect the degree of learner’s investment in learning activities,and it is an important indicator to measure the learning quality of learners.Therefore,the degree of investment in learning has received increasing attention from educators and has become an important factor affecting the results and effects of school education.While helping schools to more accurately grasp the learning effects of learners,learning engagement can also promote learners to learn more effectively.Therefore,what is the learning engagement of learners under the hybrid learning model and what factors affect the learning engagement are all very important research questions.In view of this,this article explores students’ learning engagement and influencing factors in blended learning.The research first sorts out the existing literature,understands the related research of blended learning and learning engagement,and puts forward the research questions of this article,and then defines the concept of blended learning and learning engagement.Secondly,combined with the actual design of the design and specific implementation process of the mixed learning model,teaching and practical activities are carried out through the online learning platform and the form of offline learning.Finally,design a questionnaire on learning engagement and influencing factors in blended learning,collect and analyze the questionnaire,and draw conclusions.The results of the study show that in terms of learning engagement,students’learning engagement in the blended learning model presents an intermediate level.The best engagement is emotional engagement,behavioral engagement comes second,and cognitive engagement last.In terms of the influencing factors of learning engagement,it is found through data analysis that learning motivation,peer relationship,teacher teaching,curriculum factors,and learning environment have a significant impact on learning engagement,while family factors have no significant influence on learning engagement;among them,learning motivation,Peer relationship,teacher teaching,curriculum factors and learning environment have a significant impact on students’ behavioral investment.Learning motivation,peer relationship,teacher teaching,curriculum factors,learning environment,family support have a significant impact on students’ emotional investment,learning motivation,Peer relationship,teacher teaching,curriculum factors,and learning environment have a significant impact on students’ cognitive input.Finally,based on the results of data analysis,suggestions are made to promote students’ learning engagement in blended learning. |
