As junior high school students grow up,along with changes in their growth environment,they will come into contact with and experience more people and things from the outside world.When they do not know how to deal with stimuli due to lack of experience,they will feel nervous and out of control psychologically.The psychology of junior high school students is still immature.If they encounter difficult problems and adopt improper solutions,negative emotions that have an adverse effect on their mental health will quietly breed.Junior high school teenagers,they not only retain the innocence of elementary school,but also quietly outline their future picture.Along the way closer to your goal,you will inevitably encounter ups and downs and thorns.Not only you need to have a strong heart to deal with,but also need the timely help and support of family,teachers and friends.When a person feels support subjectively,we call it a comprehension of social support.It can enhance the courage of the individual to face difficulties,so as to make better use of available resources to alleviate the discomfort caused by stress,and play a role in mental health.Psychological coherence is of great significance in the evaluation of individual stress.Adolescents with high levels of psychological coherence have a stronger sense of confidence in dealing with things,which helps to promote problem solving and relieve the impact of stress.In this study,321 students were randomly selected from a junior high school in Jilin Province,using Jiang Qianjin’s revised Comprehension Social Support Scale,Bao Leiping’s and Liu Junsheng’s Psychological Consistency Scale,and Yang Tingzhong’s revised Stress Perception Scale.Students conduct a questionnaire survey.The research explores the correlation between the junior high school students’perception of social support,psychological coherence and the perception of pressure,and explores the mediating role of the junior high school students’ psychological coherence in the perception of social support and pressure perception.Understand the current pressure of junior high school students,pay attention to the mental health of adolescents,and provide relevant theoretical basis and suggestions in alleviating the pressure perception of adolescents.Through the research,the following conclusions are:1.There are significant differences in junior high school students’ pressure perception in gender and one-child conditions.The pressure perception of girls is significantly higher than that of boys,and that of non only children is significantly higher than that of only children.There is no significant difference in junior high school students’ pressure perception in grade.There are no significant differences in junior high school students’ perception of social support and psychological consistency in gender,grade and one-child conditions.2.There is a significant positive correlation between junior high school students’perception of social support and psychological consistency.There is a significant negative correlation between junior high school students’ perception of social support and pressure perception.There is a significant negative correlation between junior high school students’ sense of psychological consistency and pressure perception.3.Junior high school students’ sense of psychological consistency plays an intermediary role between perception of social support and pressure perception.Based on the conclusions,the following suggestions are:1.Students correctly recognize the existence of pressure,and use the resources around them rationally.2.Parents lead by example and guide positively,creating a harmonious family environment.3.Carry out colorful activities inside and outside the school to give students active attention. |
