Facing the new era,China’s higher education is also at a new crossroads,gradually moving towards a higher level.Colleges and universities should start from the whole,the whole process and all aspects,implement the fundamental task of Building Morality and cultivating people,and build China into a powerful country of higher education.Ideological and political course is the key course to implement the fundamental task of moral education in Colleges and universities.Having an excellent team of Ideological and political theory teachers is of great significance in giving full play to the effectiveness of Ideological and political course.This paper takes Beijing a university as an example,through the questionnaire survey and interview of the ideological and Political Theory Teachers in the University,collects their satisfaction with the construction of the ideological and Political Theory Teachers in the University,and probes into the current situation and problems of the construction of the ideological and political theory teachers.Through the data analysis,it is concluded that the construction of Ideological and Political Theory Teachers in a university has some advantages in the following aspects:first,teachers’ political literacy is high;Second,the types of teachers are complementary and diverse;Thirdly,teachers’ teaching level is good;Fourth,the training content is rich;Fifth,evaluation oriented teaching;Sixth,more support.But objectively speaking,there are still some problems:first,the structure of teachers needs to be optimized,including age,professional title and subject background structure;Second,the recruitment and training system is not scientific enough,there are uncertainty of talent measures and retention,and asymmetry of training demand and supply;Thirdly,the rationality of teacher evaluation system is insufficient,the evaluation cycle is easy to restrict the enthusiasm of teachers,and the scientificity of evaluation standard design needs to be improved;Fourth,the external support of team building is not strong,the funds are limited,the innovation motivation of teachers is insufficient,there are internal and external contradictions in the sense of identity,and teachers’ satisfaction with welfare is low.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the following suggestions:first,clear objectives,and create a reasonable structure of teaching staff.Optimize the structure of age and professional title,and increase the total number of full-time teachers appropriately;Second,strengthen the strength and build a scientific recruitment and training system.Flexible grasp of recruitment standards and interview process,improve training pertinence and diversity of methods;Third,scientific development,the establishment of incentive compatible evaluation system.Adjust the period of professional title evaluation reasonably and improve the scientificity of index design;Fourth,upgrade the supporting facilities and establish a security system suitable for development.Strengthen financial support,strengthen the construction of external environment,and gradually improve the overall treatment. |
