Based on communication theory,ecosystem theory and family social work,the research of this topic analyzes the specific external manifestations of parent-child conflicts during the epidemic and the reasons for the intensification of conflicts.Using structured interview and unstructured interview,the social workers involved in parent-child conflicts during the epidemic were interviewed.Observing the interaction between social workers and clients,and sorting and collecting data.The key to the research of social work’s involvement in parent-child conflicts between epidemics lies in the concrete manifestation of the intensification of parent-child conflicts during the epidemic and the change of the way social work provides professional services.Although social work still provides professional services for clients,the service effect will be different from usual.Therefore,the intensification of conflicts between parents and children is manifested in living habits,learning,cognition and values,and social workers have used relevant professional methods to solve them.However,due to relying on the online platform,there are some problems such as the mismatch between the fields that social workers are good at and the needs of the clients,the difficulty in professional relationship and the difficulty in evaluating the service effect,etc.Based on this,corresponding solutions are put forward,and the feasibility of extending the I will project is analyzed.It is found that the intervention of social work in the parent-child conflict during the epidemic period is also applicable to the parent-child conflict in daily life,and the role of social work is prospected.
