| Labor is the basis of the existence and development of human society.Labor education is an important part of all-round development education,and also an important part of training socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical education,beauty and labor.But for a long time,the overall situation of labor education in China is not satisfactory.The educational value of labor has been ignored.Labor education is weakening and marginalized,and students’ labor consciousness is weak.The lack of labor education seriously affects the growth of students and is not conducive to the long-term development of society.Strengthening labor education is not only an effective carrier to implement the fundamental task of moral education,but also an important link to promote quality education,and an inevitable requirement to promote social innovation and development.This study selects a m primary school in Yueyang City,Hunan Province,which has 17 years of practical experience in labor education and has formed the characteristics of labor education as the case study object,and comprehensively uses the methods of interview,observation and physical analysis to conduct in-depth research and Analysis on the organization and implementation of labor education in this school.It is found that the correct understanding and high attention of school administrators to labor education is the premise of the organization and implementation of labor education.The construction of curriculum system of labor education around the goal of comprehensive education is the fundamental way of the implementation of labor education.Strengthening the development and optimization of funds,sites,teachers and other resources is the basis of the implementation of labor education The cooperation between family and society is an important guarantee for the implementation of labor education.Based on the summary of the practical experience of labor education in M primary school and the consideration of the relevant requirements of labor education in the new era,this thesis puts forward four suggestions for further promoting labor education in primary school: school administrators,teachers,parents should establish a correct and positive outlook on labor;Improve the implementation mechanism of labor education;To optimize and integrate the resources,strengthen the guarantee of labor education teachers,venues,funds and professional support;It is necessary to construct the cooperative education mechanism among school,family and society. |
