| As an "imported product",professional social work was mainly developed in urban areas in the past, while the development of social work in rural areas generally lags behind and has low recognition. In recent years, individual areas rely on administrative means to carry out professional social work service exploration through the operation of rural "social work station",which has aroused widespread concern. However, because the relevant policies, regulations and service specifications are not in place in time, professional social work is more presented in the form of "embedding" in rural communities.Although the exploration and practice process is effective,it is easy for villagers to produce problems due to lack of localization As a result, sustainable development has been put to the test.In addition, due to the periodicity of "social work station" service projects, without the full guarantee of policy stability, professional social work is full of challenges in the sustainable and healthy development of rural communities. The Q social work affairs center studied in this paper is embedded in s community as an external social work organization under the guidance of the town government.Through the establishment of "social work station" in the community, six scenes of community governance and service are created to promote the exploration and practice of professional social work in rural communities. With the community governance and service projects of "rural evening school lecture" and "humanistic community construction" as the link, through the development of rich and colorful professional service activities,we can not only carry out purposeful activities for young children, left behind women and the elderly in the community, but also complete the service projects required by the town.Institutions and communities, towns and streets have established good cooperative relations, and the construction of spiritual civilization in rural areas has been improved. This study mainly adopts the methods of literature review, participatory observation and interview, and takes the relevant community workers, community grid members, community volunteers and community residents as the research objects to understand the cognition and understanding of the research object for the professional social work embedded in rural community governance and service through semi-structured interviews.Taking the internship experience in Q social work affairs center as an example, based on the "embedding theory",this paper summarizes the embedding strategy, embedding content, embedding process and embedding effect in the process of professional social work embedding. After social work is embedded in rural communities, through the embedding of relationship, service and concept, this paper summarizes the problems and difficulties encountered in the embedding of professional social work in rural communities, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Although professional social work embedded in s community has produced certain effects, some problems are summarized in the process of embedding. There are two main effects: on the one hand, for the community, the ideas of the staff have been changed to a certain extent, and the community autonomy has been strengthened;on the other hand, for the social work major,it can improve the social cognition of the social work major, and also provide practical opportunities for the development of rural social work. The problems found include two parts: embedded subject and embedded object. The main problems are the "virtual" of professional social work, the lack of professional talents, the lack of community resources, and the poor sense of community. In view of the problems found in the process of embedding, the author puts forward some constructive suggestions from the perspectives of macro government, meso community and micro social workers, hoping to provide practical experience for the development of embedded social work and rural social work. |
