Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education.While undertaking educational tasks,it sends a large number of high-skilled talents to the society.Higher vocational education is based on training education,and training education is to train skilled talents.The key and core is the fundamental difference from undergraduate "academic" education.The quality of practical training education directly affects the development of higher vocational education.Therefore,how to improve the teaching quality of practical education in higher vocational colleges has become one of the most worthy questions for vocational educators today.This article takes the evaluation of training quality in Tianjin XD Vocational and Technical College as the research object,and uses student satisfaction theory and service quality theory as the theoretical support.It uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method,in-depth interview method and statistical analysis method to construct student satisfaction.Evaluation index system,using scientific and efficient index system to design a questionnaire survey to collect sample data required for research.According to data statistics,the survey results show that the overall satisfaction of the students of Tianjin XD College’s practical training education is at a general level,and that the students attach great importance to practical education.The IPA model is used to separate the overall practical education from After analyzing and combing with various internal indicators,it is concluded that the training venue management mechanism is incomplete,the training teacher team needs to be improved,the training education and teaching results are not satisfactory,the school-enterprise cooperation needs improvement,and the outdated employment guidance service system is five.Aspects.Through in-depth interviews,we will sort out and draw on relevant theoretical knowledge,and propose improvements to the four aspects of optimizing the training venue management mechanism,accelerating the development of training teachers,taking into account social benefits,deepening school-enterprise cooperation,and focusing on improving the employment guidance service system.It is hoped that the research results in this paper can effectively solve the problems and deficiencies in the current training education of Tianjin XD Academy,help to improve student satisfaction,and further promote the sustainable and healthy development of training education in Tianjin XD Academy. |
