| Based on Holland’s management theory of person-vocation fit and related vocational education theories,this research selected 922 undergraduates from three universities in Shandong Province as the research objects to understand the current status of college students’ career expectation,professional commitment and career planning.Starting from the factors that affect college students’ difficulty in choosing a career,combining with the current situation of college students’ job hunting,this thesis explores the relationship between career expectation and professional commitment to verify whether career planning has a mediating effect.From the perspective of career psychological development,it can help college students to set up reasonable career expectations and establish a good professional commitment,so that colleges can set up career development planning courses more pertinently,to achieve person-vocation fit and smooth employment.In this thesis,the “Career Expectation Scale” compiled by Wu Liangliang and Li Baoxian,the “Professional Commitment Scale” compiled by Lian Rong and Wu Lanhua,and the “College Student Career Planning Scale” compiled by Dai Yuying were used to conduct a questionnaire survey among 1000 college students,and 922 valid questionnaires were collected.Statistical analysis such as t-test,F-test,correlation analysis,regression analysis,was carried out through SPSS23.0 to verify the influence of professional commitment on career expectation and whether career planning has a mediating effect between them.The research results are as follows:(1)The career expectation of college students is generally at the middle level,and there is a significant difference in gender,but no difference in major and grade.(2)The professional commitment of college students is generally at the medium level,and there are significant differences in gender and grade,and there is no difference in majors;(3)The career planning of college students is above the average level,and there are significant differences in gender and grade,but no differences in different majors;(4)Career expectation,career commitment and career planning have significant positive correlation;(5)Career planning has a partial mediating effect on the impact of professional commitments on career expectation;(6)In the latter part of the gender adjustment model,the positive prediction effect of career planning on career expectation has significant gender difference,and male students are significantly higher than female students. |
