In the teaching of football technology,we should pay attention to the development of students’ subjectivity,and choose to implement feedback according to students’independent choice and needs in the process of skill practice or after the completion of action,that is,using self-control feedback teaching method to find and take the best feedback frequency and time to feedback to promote students to master sports skills more efficiently.In the field of sports skill learning,feedback frequency and timing are the focus of research.At present,the research on self-control feedback in sports skill teaching in China is still scarce and controversial.Based on this,this experiment aims to study the influence of self-control feedback with different feedback frequencies and timings on the learning effect of high school boys ’football dribbling and kicking skills through experiments on the learning of dribbling and kicking skills in football.On the basis of single factor research,different frequencies and timings are combined to explore the best feedback combination for high school students’ football dribbling and kicking skills learning,which not only provides corresponding practical reference for teacher feedback in physical education teaching,but also provides certain theoretical basis for research in this field.Based on the methods of literature,experiment and mathematical statistics,this study takes 60 boys in grade 1 of Nanjing High School as the experimental subjects to explore the effects of self-control feedback intervention with different frequencies and timing on the learning and maintenance of dribbling around the pole and kicking skills of middle school students.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The results of acquisition test data analysis showed that the main effect of time was significant in dribbling around the rod(F(1,56)=2126.846,P<0.05,ηp2=0.974);the main effect between groups was significant(F(3,56)=5.384,P<0.05,ηp2=0.637);the interaction between time and group was significant(F(3,56)=32.704,P<0.05,ηp2=0.637).In terms of kicking accuracy,the main effect of time was significant(F(1,56)=504.766,P<0.05,ηp2=0.900),and the main effect between groups was significant(F(3,56)=6.182,P<0.05,ηp2=0.249).The interaction between time and group was significant(F(3,56)=4.727,P<0.05,ηp2=0.202).(2)The results of the test data analysis showed that the main effect of time was significant in dribbling around the rod,(F(1,56)=1098.692,P<0.05,ηp2=0.952).The main effect between groups was significant(F(3,56)=5.804,P<0.05,ηp2=0.237).The interaction between time and group was significant(F(3,56)=17.667,P<0.05,ηp2=0.486).In terms of kicking accuracy,the main effect of time was significant(F(1,56)=480.855,P<0.05,ηp2=0.896);the main effect between groups was significant(F(3,56)=8.411,P<0.05,ηp2=0.311).The interaction between time and group was significant(F(3,56)=5.829,P<0.05,ηp2=0.238).Through simple effect analysis,in the acquisition test and retention test,the improvement of dribbling around the pole and kicking accuracy of the same high group was significantly higher than that of the last high group and the last low group(P<0.05).According to the research results,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The combination of synchronous self-control feedback and high frequency is more conducive to the learning and mastery of these two skills.In the teaching of football dribbling around the bar and kicking skills,the teaching method of synchronous self-control feedback is more effective.(2)The learning and retention effect of synchronous self-control feedback group is better than that of terminal self-control feedback group under both high frequency and low frequency feedback conditions.(3)When the timing is synchronous,the learning effect of the high-frequency feedback group is better than that of the low-frequency group in dribbling around the bar.The feedback frequency has no direct effect on the learning effect of kicking,and the feedback frequency has no direct effect on the retention effect of dribbling around the bar and kicking skills.(4)When the timing is the end condition,the feedback frequency has no direct effect on the learning of dribbling around the rod and kicking skills.The high frequency feedback group is better than the low frequency feedback group in maintaining the dribbling around the rod and kicking skills. |
