The majority of the studies on self-controlled feedback are based on laboratory or closed athletic skills and they are not linked to real sports,not to mention physical education.China's researchers pay less attention on self-controlled feedback;instead,they focus more the additional feedback.Basketball is the common example of these researches.This is not conducive for self-controlled feedback theory for the actual teaching situation in teaching and learning.This paper compares the different effects of self-controlled feedback,general feedback and no feedback in the teaching of table tennis.The experiment compares the following aspects: First,it compares the absolute error,constant error,radial error,and variable error of three groups in acquisition stage,and the three groups have significant differences in other three aspects besides radial error.Second,it compares the absolute error,radial error,constant error and variable error of three groups in learning stage,and the three groups have significant differences in other three aspects besides constant error.Third,it compares the absolute error,constant error,radial error,and variable error of the last segmentation of acquisition stage and the first segmentation of learning stage.The times of feedback decreases gradually over time in learning stage of self-controlled feedback group.The timing of self-controlled feedback is averaged.Most self-perceived feedback times are before good actions.67% are different between self-perceived feedback times and actual feedback times.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Self-controlled feedback has its own advantages which are conducive to the study of motor skills.(2)In the experiment on feedback,we need to remove the temporary effects to get the real results,which are caused by the law of the cognitive process.(3)As the individual's skill level increases,the frequency of feedback is gradually reduced.(4)The timing of self-controlled feedback varies from person to person,and it does not have a certain regularity.Modern teaching concept emphasizes the students' subjective position,enthusiasm,initiative and creativity.In the process of physical education,teachers can use self-controlled feedback to increase students' interest in sports,which helps students learn sports skills.Teachers should encourage students to take the initiative to seek teachers' feedback.Under normal circumstances,students are beginners,so they are not quite clear about their learning situation.That is the reason why teachers in the actual teaching can not be fully based on the requirements of students to feedback,instead,they need to combine self-controlled feedback with ordinary feedback to constitute a composite feedback for instruction.
