Subject certification is the qualification of engineering discipline.The purpose is to give the corresponding discipline recognition to universities and specialties that meet or exceed the specified quality standards of engineering discipline education.Colleges and universities often want to self evaluate the situation of the subject before the certification experts come to the certification,and judge whether they can pass the subject certification so as to make appropriate adjustments in the teaching process in time.The research of subject certification platform is to help university managers better understand the actual situation of their own subjects.This topic first carries on the research to the user,uses the observation method and the interview method to carry on the research to the user,summarizes the user’s real idea from the function demand,the emotion demand and the physical examination demand,and creates the user model based on this,proposes the assumption to the discipline authentication platform.Then the information architecture of the subject certification platform is built,and the relationship and difference between the subject certification platform and the existing management information system of colleges and universities are analyzed.According to the basic method of building the system architecture,all the functions of the subject certification platform are arranged,and the relationship between some functions of the platform is analyzed.Two calculation methods are proposed for whether a major meets the graduation requirements.The arrangement of functions is based on the official standard document of subject certification.Then,it designs the interface of the subject certification platform by using the principle of easyto-use interactive interface and Nielsen usability principle,expounds the influence of these theoretical knowledge on the actual interface,and carefully designs the navigation,color,layout and font of the system,and obtains the design style of the subject certification platform.Then,the visualization of data display in the system is carried out,and three kinds of system visualization directions are proposed,and the specific cases of the three kinds of visualization in the discipline certification platform are analyzed.Finally,the system architecture summarized in Chapter 3 is used to show the relationship of some visualization interfaces.Finally,the usability of the system is tested,and the operation time and feedback are used to evaluate the designed interface and the initial interface respectively.It is concluded that the designed interface makes users feel more comfortable and can greatly improve the operation efficiency.The research and design of the subject certification platform provides a platform for university managers to store,process,classify and query university information resources,help university self-assessment professional disciplines,also can serve as the basis of university management information and network,and provide a reference model for the design of its management system.
