The purpose of this paper is to study the core strength training to the influence of various special quality index is the men’s 100-meter run,through the experimental study,the differences between the various indicators of the control group and experimental group after the experiment analysis,the argument whether the core strength training for the 100-meter run each index is positive,is willing to provide a new reference for later sprint strength training and reference.This paper adopts the methods of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey,experiment,mathematical statistics and image analysis,and takes 16 second-class male sprinters in the track and field team of Guangdong youth athletic sports school as the research objects.Experimental research was carried out on strength quality index,speed quality index,anaerobic endurance training index and core strength movement index of 100 meters running.The results show that :(1)core strength training has no significant influence on standing long jump and full squat with weight,but has great influence on standing triple jump and half squat with weight.In terms of speed quality index,it has no significant influence on the timing index of 30 m,but has significant influence on the timing index of 60 m and 100 m.It has no significant influence on the improvement of the indexes of anaerobic endurance.It has significant influence on each movement index of body core strength.(2)Core strength training can improve the strength of the core muscle groups of the athletes,and play an important role in improving the athletes’ body control ability and the stability,coordination and balance of the core body parts in the process of exercise;(3)According to the improvement of quality indicators in the experimental group,core strength training can be used as an effective means of sprint training in daily strength training.To this end,first,in the sprint training should dare to try different training means and methods,coaches should try every means to provide athletes with different sports training equipment,so as to diversify the training,improve the enthusiasm of athletes training.Second,core strength training should be combined with traditional strength training.Core strength training plays an important role in improving the muscle strength and core stability of small muscle groups.However,the improvement of explosive strength of limbs still needs the support of traditional strength training,so the two should supplement each other.Three,the core strength training should be targeted,according to different items,different levels of exercise to adjust the core strength training load,intensity,content and other Suggestions...
