In recent years,the coaches and physical trainers at home and abroad pay more attention to physical function training,and compared with traditional strength training methods,physical function training has become a new physical training hotspot.At present,suspension training has become an important physical function training method for athletes’ core stability and body balance.In physical training,the focus of sanda athletes is to transform the athletes’ training level into competition ability,and it has very high requirements for physical strength,flexibility,willpower,flexibility and endurance of athletes,so as to maintain the best state in the competition.With the continuous improvement of the level of Sanda skills and tactics,core stability and body balance have become a decisive factor for athletes’ success.Based on this,strengthening the core stability and body balance of Sanda athletes has become an important aspect of Sanda physical training.In this study,we take Guangzhou Sports School Sanda Team as the research object and make an in-depth study on the status of suspension training in Sanda fitness training.The methods of literature,authority discussion,statistical analysis and experiment are adopted to study.Specifically,40 members of the Guangzhou Sanda Team are randomly divided into control group and experimental group.Among them,the control group adopts the traditional training method and the experimental group adopts the suspension training method.The physical parameters of the subjects before and after the training,such as movement speed,are tested,the angle and velocity of trunk forebody angle,the time of upper leg,the time of action completion and the strength comparison of core muscle group when diving and holding、one minute whip leg and punch,30 s sliding step,20 s punch,vertical fork and horizontal push.The fast movement ability,special movement control ability,sports quality and core area stability of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:1.Suspension training can significantly improve the fast-moving ability of Sanda players under unstable conditions(P<0.05).Both traditional training and suspension training can help improve the fast-moving ability of Sanda players,but suspension training has a more significant effect.2.Suspension training can help to improve the torso angle and forequarter angular speed of the Sanda team member in the unsteady state.Both traditional training and suspension training can increase the torso angle and forequarter angular speed of a Sanda player during a dive,but suspension training is relatively more helpful to increase the forehead angular speed of a Sanda player during a dive.3.Suspension training can significantly reduce the time for the upper leg of the Sanda player and the time to complete the action.Comparative analysis of the test results of upper leg time and action completion time between the two groups of players.Among them,there is significant difference in the time of upper leg between the two groups(P < 0.05),but the difference in the time of movement completion between the two groups was not clear(P > 0.05).4.Suspension training can significantly improve the core muscle strength of Sanda players(P<0.05).5.Suspension training can significantly improve Sanda Athletes’ ability of whip leg and punch in 1 minute,change direction sliding step in 30 seconds and punch in20 seconds(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Suspension training can significantly improve Sanda Athletes’ fast movement ability under unbalanced state,trunk forward angle and speed when diving and wrestling.2.Suspension training can effectively promote the quality of Sanda players and core muscle strength,significantly reduce the time of Sanda players’ upper legs and action completion time. |
