| Under the background of "burden reduction policy",the number of primary school students in custody is increasing. At the same time, the problem of "3:30 after class" is also growing. From the initial "small dining table" trusteeship organization to the current school trusteeship,it is difficult to effectively solve the problem of "burden reduction" and "3:30 after class".With the support of many factors, the mental health problems of primary school students in custody have become increasingly prominent.Through consulting the relevant literature,we know that sports activities have a positive role in promoting mental health. In order to improve the mental health problems of primary school students in custody, sports activities are introduced in this study. The changes of mental health of primary school students in custody are explored by applying sports activities in custody time, which provides a theoretical basis for improving the mental health problems of primary school students in custody. With the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey and experiment, and based on the theory of physical education and psychology, this study selected 100 fourth grade trusteeship students from Yunlong primary school in Qingyun County of Dezhou City as the experimental objects,50 students in the experimental group and50 students in the control group. The experimental group was intervened with sports activities for 12 weeks, while the control group was intervened with conventional trusteeship,SPSS software was used for independent sample t-test to compare the differences before and after the experiment between groups and within groups,so as to verify the impact of sports activities on the mental health of primary school students.Through the experimental study of applying physical activity intervention to primary school students in trusteeship to explore the changes of mental health level, the following results are obtained:(1)After 12 weeks of experimental intervention, there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the total scores of learning disorder, emotional disorder, personality defect, behavior disorder, special disorder, social adaptation disorder and mental health(P < 0.05),among which there were very significant differences in the total scores of learning disorder, emotional disorder, personality defect and mental health(P < 0.01),However,there was no significant difference in moral defects and bad habits(P > 0.05).(2)After 12 weeks of experimental intervention, there were significant differences in the total scores of learning disorder, emotional disorder, personality defect, behavior disorder, special disorder, social adaptation disorder and mental health(P < 0.05),especially in the total scores of learning disorder, emotional disorder, personality defect and mental health(P < 0.01),However,there was no significant difference in moral defects and bad habits(P > 0.05).(3)After 12 weeks of experimental intervention, compared with the pre-test and post test, there was no significant difference in the total score and each sub dimension of mental health in the control group(P > 0.05).Only the score of learning disability index had a slight downward trend, but there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).The other seven indexes had a slight upward trend, and there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).Through the experimental study of applying physical activity intervention to primary school students in trusteeship to explore the changes of mental health level, the following conclusions are obtained:(1)Physical activity intervention can improve the mental health of primary school students. The application of physical activity in the trusteeship time can significantly improve the learning disorder, emotional disorder, personality defect, special disorder, behavior disorder, social adaptation disorder and the total score of mental health.(2)The cultivation of morality and habits need long-term cultivation, and short-term sports activities will not change significantly.(3)Conventional trusteeship has no effect on the mental health of primary school students, and even has a certain deterioration trend. |
