As a bridge between national fitness and medical examination,functional action screening is tested by 7 actions to evaluate the basic action mode of the human body.The limitations,asymmetries and compensatory actions of the subjects in completing the test actions are confirmed to detect the overall flexibility and stability of the subjects and the deficiencies in the aspects.FMS screening can improve the sports ability and reduce the risk of sports injury.This study will provide a new and more popular training method for corrective training in functional action screening test,and prove that Taijiquan practice can reduce the probability of potential injury and improve the health of the general public.From the point of view of FMS’s application in the training of24-style Taijiquan,it is concluded that:(1)The average FMS screening score of 40 students of Linyi University was 13.278,which was less than 14 points of passing line.And the average score of girls is lower than that of boys,and the risk of injury is greater.(2)The phenomena of low-level movements in FMS screening include trunk forward tilt,squat limitation,heel lift,toe abduction,hip and knee ankle not in one plane,foot touch bar,trunk tilt,wooden pole not in contact with sacrum,upper body tilt,knee joint not in contact with ground,left and right shoulder asymmetry,left and right lifting leg asymmetry,body shoulder,waist,buttocks not raised at the same time,it is difficult to maintain stability,rotation body is not complete.(3)The movement pattern of the students in the experimental group has been modified through 24 typical movements,the physical quality of the students has been improved,FMS the screening score has been improved effectively,it can be seen that it can promote physical health and reduce sports injury.(4)The 24-style Taijiquan also has certain effect on improving students’ physical function and physical quality,but the effect is not as significant as that of the experimental group.It can be seen that FMS intervention and correction exercises have a better effect on improving students’ physical health and exercise ability.(5)The number of students in the experimental group with low score was significantly reduced,and most of the students’ self-feeling physical functions were significantly improved,and they were satisfied with the intervention exercises.
