Research On The Third Party Mediation Of Medical Disputes From The Perspective Of Social Work

On the one hand,with the development of society,people's demand for medical and health tends to be diversified,that promote a unified medical treatment model gradually to transform into the "physiological-psychological-social" medical model.In the process of diagnosis and treatment,the patients need not only the physical aspects of the cure,but also the psychologically and socially humane care.At the same time,the medical staff sometimes lack of humanistic care due to heavy clinical work?information asymmetry between doctors and patients?the lack of communication between doctors and patients,both cause rising medical disputes in recent years,that serious injury the establishment of harmonious relationship between doctors and patients,damage the medical and health undertakings in the minds of ordinary people,and even affect the social harmony and stability.The occurrence of medical disputes and how to prevent and mediate,has become an important issue in today's society.This paper try to analyze the status? difficult and reason of medical dispute mediation;discuss the value and practical characteristics of social work,according to the practical case analysis,research on the third party mediation of medical disputes from the perspective of social work,provide a useful reference and suggestions for the development of our medical dispute prevention and mediation of social work.The research is based on the combination of theoretical and practical research.The practical research section mainly collected first-hand information through the method of participant observation,interview and action research.The author through in-depth medical institutions and participate in the practice of third party mediation organizations to obtain the first-hand information,attach to the case interview,observe in the field,participate in mediation,discover the problem,and then put forward the countermeasure proposal.Combined with the method of literature research,the author clarify the concept of solid theoretical basis,sorted and analyzed related literature around the medical affair social work and third party mediation in medical disputes,thus theoretically discusses related issues.This study mainly study the issues from the following five parts:The first part mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic,the lead to research questions,arrange research literature,put forward research ideas and methods.define the theoretical basis and related concepts.The second part is the analysis of the current situation and the causes of medical disputes,analysis existing settlement mechanism of medical dispute.The third part analyzes the current situation of the medical dispute mediation mechanism of the third party,and analyzes its plight.The fourth part,first of all,elaborated the development of medical social work in China,and analysis of medical social work on medical dispute prevention and mediation of what are the advantages and disadvantages,combined with specific case.The fifth part is the conclusion of this study,to reflect the shortcomings of this study,to provide a reference for further research.Through comprehensive analysis and research,this paper argues that the frequent occurrence of medical disputes seriously affect the normal medical order,obstructe the harmonious development of the doctor-patient relationship,undermine social harmony and stability.The medical social workers who have both the communication skills and the medical quality of social work can play a bridge role in the doctor-patient relationship,and effectively prevent and mediate disputes between doctors and patients.
