At present,China’s social,economic,scientific and technological development in an all-round way,the era of knowledge economy has arrived.Knowledge is the inexhaustible motive force of scientific and technological innovation.But knowledge itself does not have the attribute and function of self-realization.Team members need to be willing to contribute their knowledge.Knowledge behaves and transforms in the course of a scientific research team’s operation.Only through extensive knowledge sharing can team members transform knowledge into the core competitiveness of the team.However,the knowledge sharing activities carried out by team members have their own limitations.The characteristics of individuals seeking advantages and avoiding disadvantages as well as the competition within the team are the obstacles to the spontaneous sharing of knowledge among members of the research team.If these barriers are not weakened and reversed,they can lead to a loss of critical knowledge and cultural wisdom as team members move around.Therefore,whether university research team members are willing to share their accumulated knowledge and experience with other members has a direct impact on whether the team can improve its knowledge innovation ability and research performance.In this study,a structural equation model was established.Based on the empirical research on transformational leadership behavior,organizational identity,organizational citizenship behavior,tacit knowledge sharing and knowledge sharing behavior of 618 members of university research teams,the following conclusions were drawn:(1)Among the demographic characteristics,gender difference has no significant influence on perceived transformational leadership behavior,tacit knowledge sharing,knowledge sharing behavior,organizational identity and organizational citizenship behavior.The discipline difference has a significant influence on the organizational identity and organizational citizenship behavior of university research team members.The grade difference has a significant influence on the perception of transformational leadership,tacit knowledge sharing,organizational identity and organizational citizenship behavior of university research team members.The difference of working years has a significant impact on the perception of transformational leadership,organizational identity and organizational citizenship behavior of university research team members.(2)From the current situation,university research team members can perceive a higher level of transformational leadership behavior.The tacit knowledge sharing and knowledge sharing behaviors of university research team members are at a high level.The organizational identity of university research team members is generally at a high level,but the evaluative organizational identity and affective organizational identity are not at a high level.Team members’ organizational citizenship behavior of university’s scientific research at a higher level,but the athlete spirit and responsibility consciousness is not high.(3)From the hypothesis testing results,transformational leadership behavior can promote the tacit knowledge sharing of university research team members and effectively predict their knowledge sharing behavior.Based on the theory of organizational identity,it is found that organizational identity plays a partial mediating role in the influence of transformational leadership behavior on knowledge sharing behavior and tacit knowledge sharing among scientific research teams in universities.Based on the theory of social exchange,it is found that organizational citizenship behavior plays a partial mediating role in the influence of transformational leadership behavior on knowledge sharing behavior and tacit knowledge sharing among university research teams.Based on the above conclusions,this study puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions.Firstly,managers of scientific research teams in colleges and universities should form appropriate leadership style and adopt appropriate leadership behavior in daily knowledge management.Secondly,in order to improve the organizational identity and organizational citizenship behavior of university scientific research team members,it is necessary to formulate corresponding systems to standardize and cultivate the consciousness of ownership consciously.The simultaneous improvement of internal and external factors can better promote tacit knowledge sharing and induce knowledge sharing behavior.Thirdly,the research conclusion of this study is based on the application of transformational leadership behavior and knowledge sharing in the context of university scientific research team.Therefore,the particularity of each element of university scientific research team must be taken into account in the management suggestions.
