Research On The Intervention Of Case Work In Family Intergenerational Conflict Of The Elderly Migrant

Along with our country urbanization process is accelerated,because working reason is migration to cities,more and more young people,affected by traditional Chinese traditional ideas,old man take care of the younger generation follow their children into the city,but because of long time separation and with their children for life habits,consumption habits,different grandchildren education concepts such as easy divergence,thus easy to cause the relationship between the family intergenerational tensions and contradictions,namely intergenerational conflict,thereby affect the trailing the old man in his late years the quality of life and family harmony.Based on this,this paper takes the client W as the service object,adopts the method of case work,intervenes the client’s family through the way of structured family therapy,and finally achieves the purpose of solving the cost conflict of the family of the elderly who move with him.In the early stage of intervention,20 elderly people who moved with them in the community were interviewed,and the most typical clients in the community were found through the introduction of community workers.Moreover,the Baker Depression Scale and the Intimacy and Adaptability Scale were used to estimate the performance and needs of intergenerational conflict in the families of the clients.In the process of intervention,six talks were conducted to analyze the main reasons for the conflicts,change the communication mode between the client and the client’s son,clarify the boundaries of family members and formulate family rules to rebuild the family system structure.After the conclusion of the case assessment,it was found that the depression mood of the clients was improved through the comparison of the measurement before and after the scale,and the family structure of the clients changed from loose-rigid to flexible and free balanced family,that is,the intergenerational conflict of the family was solved.Through the evaluation of the client’s family members and social workers,it was found that the intervention was effective.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn: First,the intervention of case work in the intergenerational conflict can solve the problems of the client’s family more efficiently,and it can analyze the problems of the client’s family in a targeted way.Secondly,the model of structural family therapy is feasible to solve the imbalance of family structure and dysfunction of family function for the elderly who move with them.It also reflects on the practical process and theoretical model and hopes that this study can provide reference for the practical intervention of intergenerational conflict in the families of the elderly with their parents.
