Research On The Evaluation Of K University Campus Card Project Management Ability

In recent years,countries around the world gradually attach importance to the construction and development of information technology in the field of education,and the construction of education information in China is also carried out.Colleges and universities start the construction and application of "smart campus".As a key part of the construction of "smart campus",the campus smart card project has been promoted in Colleges and universities on the premise of the good foundation of the existing campus information construction.However,the construction and operation of campus card project in Colleges and universities in our country has begun to take effect,but in the process of project management,it is necessary to systematically integrate various business processes of the school.There are some problems,such as insufficient project management function,lack of systematicness,imperfect schedule,quality and safety management,which directly affect the operation and use efficiency of campus card system.Based on the systematic analysis of domestic and foreign campus card project and project management ability research,this paper takes K university campus card project as the research object,explores its project management ability,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.Firstly,this paper reviews the relevant research literature,introduces the general situation of campus smart card,project management and management ability evaluation theory,and constructs the maturity model of campus smart card project management ability;secondly,this paper combines the theoretical knowledge with the actual situation of the project,constructs the K campus smart card project management ability evaluation system,and finds out the pre project management ability Among them,there are project planning ability,feasibility study ability,scheme design ability and supporting facilities improvement ability;among the project organization and management ability,there are scope management ability,knowledge management ability,contract management ability and procurement management ability;among the project implementation and management ability,there are progress management ability,quality management ability,cost management ability,human resource management ability,information management ability Risk management ability,completion acceptance management ability,system maintenance ability,card handling ability,user satisfaction and post evaluation ability are included in the later maintenance management ability of the project.Thirdly,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to evaluate the management ability of K university campus card project.It is considered that K university campus card project is in the fourth "mature level",And there are some differences in the management ability in different stages.The management ability in the early stage of the project is in the fourth "mature level",the project organization management ability is in the fourth "mature level",the project implementation management ability is in the fourth "mature level",and the maintenance ability in the late stage of the project is in the third "improved level".According to the time management priority matrix,the improvement order of each management ability is put forward Finally,for the campus card project,the paper puts forward specific measures to improve the project management ability,which has strong practical significance for the orderly and stable construction and operation of the project.
