A Study On The Satisfaction Of Employment Guidance Service For Secondary Vocational School Students

With the increasing number of students enrolled in various vocational schools,there is fierce competition among them.On the surface,it is the competition among students,but in fact it is the competition of comprehensive strength of schools.When selecting employees,employers will give priority to secondary vocational schools with strong comprehensive strength,while parents and students will pay more attention to the employment rate and employment quality of secondary vocational school students when choosing secondary vocational schools.Employment guidance service is not only a bridge between schools and society,but also a link for students to go to work.It is of great significance to combine school education with society and strengthen employment guidance service for students in secondary vocational schools to improve their employment cognition and ability,stabilize their employment rate and improve their employment quality.At the same time,the improvement of employment guidance services in secondary vocational schools can virtually improve students’ employment ability,provide suitable talents for employers,and play a very important role in the development of local economy and social stability.In this paper,the 2019 interns of a technical school in Hainan Province is taken as an example.On the basis of combing the relevant literature,the employment guidance service satisfaction and related theories are used to construct a satisfaction evaluation system,and the students’ employment guidance service satisfaction is investigated and analyzed.The survey results show that the average satisfaction of vocational school students’ employment guidance service is 4.04,among which the average satisfaction of employment guidance curriculum,employment security practice training,professional faculty,employment guidance content and development form,employment guidance service and management are 4.01,3.93,4.11,4.07 and 4.06 respectively.Based on the low employment guidance service satisfaction of secondary vocational school students,this paper uses semi-structured interviews to further analyze the existing problems of employment guidance services in secondary vocational schools,and proposes to optimize employment guidance services for secondary vocational school students by establishing the service concept of "student-oriented",perfecting the construction of employment guidance curriculum system,improving the professional level of employment guidance teachers,strengthen the management of employment guidance service,and utilizing and developing the resources of employment guidance services.
