| Ideological and political courses play an indispensable key role in the education and teaching activities of casting soul and educating people.The youth period is the "joiningbudding period" for students to increase their wisdom,enlighten their thoughts,improve their personalities and standardize their behaviors.Therefore,colleges and universities should give full play to the initiative of ideological and political teachers,actively guide and cultivate students with all their heart,deepen teaching reform and innovation,constantly improve the status quo of classroom teaching,and enhance the affinity of ideological and political courses.The teaching discourse of ideological and political courses is the primary tool for teachers to carry out teaching,and it is also an important bridge for teachers and students to effectively communicate with each other to enhance mutual understanding.With the rapid development of society,the teaching discourse of traditional ideological and political theory courses cannot meet the trend of social development and the discourse needs of students today.Therefore,optimizing the teaching discourse of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities is the only way to solve the practical dilemma of traditional discourse.This paper is mainly divided into four parts.The first part,on the basis of determining the research ideas and specific methods,the author summarizes the purpose,significance and current situation of the discourse research in ideological and political course teaching in colleges and universities,and specifically explains the innovation of this paper.The second part mainly clarifies the basic concepts of discourse,ideological and political education discourse and college ideological and political theory teaching discourse,taking Lenin’s indoctrination theory,ideological and political education acceptance theory and Habermas’ s discourse communication theory as the theoretical basis of this study,and clarifying the content of discourse optimization.Based on the results of questionnaire survey and interview,the third part analyzes the problems existing in the teaching discourse of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities,and clarifies the reasons from four parts: some teachers’ discourse ideas are outdated,the objective existence of discourse differences between teachers and students,the lack of classroom discourse communication between teachers and students,and the lack of exploration of discourse resources by some teachers.The fourth part,based on the analysis of the reasons,the author proposes the countermeasures of discourse optimization from four aspects: reforming the discourse idea,narrowing the discourse difference between teachers and students,transforming the communication mode between teachers and students,and optimizing the discourse resources.Teachers should explain the teaching content in profound and simple ways to enhance the discourse consensus between teachers and students,pay attention to the diversity of discourse expression ways to enhance the attraction of discourse,and finally narrow the differences between teachers and students in discourse.Teachers should realize the diversity of classroom interaction forms to promote the effective interaction between teachers and students,to learn from the "traditional" discourse style and discourse resources,to increase the life discourse resources and network discourse resources to enhance the contemporary nature of ideological and political teaching discourse,to enhance the quality of ideological and political teaching,to achieve the fundamental task of moral education in colleges and universities. |
