| The pursuit and discussion of happiness is a topic that human beings have never stopped.With the rapid development of social transformation and the economy,people have higher expectations for a happy life.At the same time,in the field of sports,the word happiness also frequently appears in policy documents and planning outlines.Sports and happiness have a naturally close relationship,and sports is also regarded as one of the ways to improve the national happy life.Under the dual promotion of policy guidance and practical needs for national fitness and happy life,physical activities has been valued and developed in promoting the health of the public and the quality of life of the people in China.However,compared with the urban women,rural womens pay less attention to physical activities and pay less attention to their physical and mental health.As the foundation of physical and mental health,physical activities and happiness need to be paid more attention to.Because of this,this paper studies the relationship between rural women physical activities and psychological well-being.By using the method of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,and logical analysis,524 rural womens aged between 18 and 69 in the rural areas around Tongliao City,Inner Mongolia were selected to carry out a questionnaire survey to explore the influence of physical activities on psychological well-being.The research results show that:(1)In terms of activities intensity,59.92% of rural womens choose to do physical activities with low intensity or light intensity,while only a very few people do physical activities with high intensity.The rural women who participates in moderate-intensity or highintensity activities has the highest level of psychological well-being.(2)In terms of activities time,85.12% of the people took activities for less than 30 minutes.With the increase of activities time,the psychological well-being of rural womens also increased in positive emotion and life satisfaction,while negative emotion decreased.(3)In terms of activities frequency,54.20% of the people activities less than once a month,and only 12.02% of the people activities about once a day.With the increase of activities frequency,the level of psychological wellbeing also gradually increases,and rural womens with the frequency of activities about once a day have the highest level of psychological well-being.(4)In terms of the amount of activities,83.4% of the people do a little activities,10.69% do moderate activities,and only 5.91% do large activities.Among them,none of the rural womens over 50 years old participate in a large amount of activities,and almost all of them participate in a small amount of activities.(5)Among the variables of demographic and social characteristics,only age has a significant influence on the psychological well-being of rural women 0.001,and the influence coefficient is-0.009.With the gradual introduction of the three variables of activities frequency,activities intensity,and activities time,the influence of age on SWB gradually decreases,while the influence of activities frequency,activities intensity,and activities time on SWB gradually strengthen.At the same time,the R square representing the explanatory power of the model increased from 0.070 to 0.083,0.455,and 0.602,respectively,which indicated that the newly added variables had a certain explanatory power to SWB.According to the above research results,it is concluded that: rural women’s participation in physical activities is not high,the intensity is low,most of the time to participate in the activities is not long,the number of small amount of physical activities accounts for the vast majority;psychological well-being in different activities intensity,time,frequency are different,the difference is statistically significant;rural women’s age and psychological well-being is negative family income is positively correlated with psychological well-being,education level has no significant impact on psychological well-being;through physical activities,the impact of age on psychological well-being can be reduced,and the level of psychological well-being can be effectively improved. |
