Investigation And Analysis On Physical Condition And Physical Activity Of Rural Left - Behind Women

Left-behind women’s health is to ensure that rural migrant workers, the quantity and quality to achieve effective transfer of rural labor force, realize the peasant family stability and fundamental basis of life.Rural left-behind women’s health problems is one of the important problems our agricultural big country, study how to improve the rural left-behind women’s health problems for a long time for us to the influence of the economic development and social progress has to be reckoned with.This article uses the literature material method, case study method, interview method, questionnaire and mathematical statistics research methods such as left-behind women in rural areas to study the health status and physical activity. Mainly for west high and village left-behind women’s basic situation, physical health and physical activity three aspects to investigate, gives a detailed analysis of the relations between and among.Results show,(1) The basic situation of left-behind women’s physical health survey results and comparative analysis: age, family income, household spending and its physical health correlation is relatively high, the correlation coefficient was 0.701, 0.359, 0.352, respectively.(2) Different physical activity level of left-behind women’s physical health survey results and comparative analysis: physical activity levels and physical health of the correlation coefficient is 0.359, take part in physical exercise and physical health of the correlation coefficient of 0.549.(3) Different health left-behind women family economic income stability and comparative analysis, physical health and family economic income correlation coefficient is 0.486, physical health and relationship correlation coefficient is 0.402.(4)The different level of education left-behind women taking part in physical exercise body health, family income, and comparative analysis: level of education and health related coefficient is 0.449, level of education and family income correlation coefficient is 0.315, level of education and participate in physical exercise of the correlation coefficient of 0.413.Study the following conclusions:(1)The uncertainty of future economic living conditions on the left-behind women of xigaohe village obviously thought burden.(2) The left-behind women’s of xigaohe village,the better physical health, the higher the family income benefit.(3) The intensity of physical activity and only within a certain range, the left-behind women of xigaohe village physical activity and the bigger the better.(4) Have the consciousness of physical exercise requirements and exercise left-behind women’s health is better than that of only physical activity of left-behind women.(5)The level of education of left-behind women’s health, family stability has a positive effect.
