Career planning capability will determine a student’s occupation career planning can beimplemented smoothly and effectively, besides, PCA and Career-belief is one of view inoccupation guidance field. It can be improve students’ employment advantage from PCA andcareer-belief to study occupation guidance. The research proposed five hypotheses:(1)Supposethere are significant differences in demographic variables on secondary vocational students’PCA, career beliefs and career planning capability;(2)Suppose there’s a significant positivecorrelation of secondary vocational students’ PCA and their career planning capability;(3)Suppose there’s a significant positive correlation of secondary vocational students’ PCA andtheir career-belief;(4)Suppose there’s a significant positive correlation of secondary vocationalstudents’ career-belief and their career planning capability;(5)Suppose career-belief or the sixdimensions(expectation, achievement motivation, value judgment, hesitation/anxiety, open andflexible) existing mediating effects of PCA and career planning capability.Through the psychological statistics, there are500students who volunteered for the study werechosen on a random basis, collect their PCA, career-belief and career planning capability anddemographic variables (includes gender, grade, source, whether the student cadre, whetherstudy the vocational guidance courses, part-time work conditions). The research draws thefollowing conclusion:(1) There are part of the demographic variables exists main effect of thesecondary vocational students’ PCA, career-belief and career planning capability;(2)There aresignificant positive correlation between vocational students’ PCA and career planningcapability(career exploration ability, career decision-making ability, career action andmonitoring capacity);(3)There are significant positive correlation of vocational students’ PCAand career-beliefs, expectations and achievement motivation, and negative correlation of valuejudgment, hesitation/anxiety and opening;(4)There are significant positive correlation of thevocational school students’ career-belief and career planning capability, and the career action&monitoring ability;(5)Expectation, hesitation/anxiety and openness in the process of PCA effectcareer planning capability exists mediating effect.Finally, the study proposes some suggestions based on the research conclusion: On the onehand, through develop the vocational students’ PCA and cultivate rational career-belief two waysindirectly improve their career planning capability; On the other hand, by encouraging studentsto use their spare time to carry out social activities (such as part-time working, volunteerwork, etc.), for graduates arrange employment and practice, to directly improve the careerplanning capability.
