As an important part of China’s higher education,private higher education plays a very important role in comprehensively improving the level of social education.As the main post of private colleges and universities for the management of students’ daily activities and political and ideological studies,college counselors play an important role in the guidance and management of student-related affairs.At this stage,due to the unclear significance of the job evaluation of counselors,the unclear specific responsibilities of the counselors’ job positions,and the inadequate design of the performance evaluation process,it is common in private colleges and universities.The implementation results of the personnel management and performance appraisal of counselors in some private colleges are still unsatisfactory,which to a certain extent restricts the healthy development of the counselor team of private colleges and is not conducive to the efficient management of private schools.In order to better play the role of counselors in the management process of private colleges,it is necessary to optimize the existing counselor assessment methods to promote the development and construction of the counselor team and increase the efficiency of the efficient management of private colleges.Therefore,combined with my work in Jiangxi Institute of Applied Science and Technology and my actual understanding of the current performance appraisal program,I use research methods such as balanced scorecard and analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the performance of the instructors in Jiangxi Institute of Applied Science and Technology based on benchmarking and objective management.The appraisal is analyzed,and its existing problems are analyzed through the questionnaire survey plan,combined with the development goals of private higher education,and the optimization measures and implementation guarantees of the performance appraisal plan for private college counselors are proposed.This article is divided into six parts.Chapter One Introduction.This chapter mainly introduces the topic selection background and significance of the thesis,research methods,etc.,in-depth research on the status quo of related concepts,and expounds the research purpose and significance of the research on the performance appraisal of college counselors,as well as the research content and methods of the thesis,and finally summarizes The basic framework of the thesis.The second chapter is an overview of the performance appraisal theory of college counselors.This chapter first introduces the related concepts and methods of performance appraisal.Provide a solid theoretical basis for the following optimization of the assessment Process and method selection and application.The third chapter is the analysis of the current situation of the performance appraisal of the instructors in Jiangxi Institute of Applied Science and Technology.This chapter first introduces the general situation of Jiangxi Jiangxi Institute of Applied Science and Technology and the current status of its counselor performance appraisal,and summarizes the current problems in Jiangxi Institute of Applied Science and Technology’s counselor performance appraisal based on the status survey.The fourth chapter first adopts the idea of benchmarking,through exchanges and interviews with peers in relevant universities,summarizes the experience of Jiangxi colleges and universities instructors’ performance appraisal,and learns from each other.The fifth chapter is the design of performance appraisal optimization plan for Jiangxi Institute of Applied Science and Technology Counselor.Explains the optimization goals and principles,and optimizes the current performance appraisal plan of Jiangxi Institute of Applied Science and Technology from the three aspects of performance appraisal subject,performance appraisal content and performance appraisal results.Finally,the optimized guarantee measures for the application of performance appraisal are put forward to make the appraisal Process operate effectively,not just a formality.Chapter Six,Conclusion and Enlightenment.At the end of the article,it summarizes the research content of this article,and optimizes the construction of a scientific,reasonable and effective instructor performance appraisal that meets the needs of Jiangxi Institute of Applied Science and Technology in Jiangxi.
