Research On The Dilemma And Promotion Strategy Of School-Based Curriculum Development In Primary Schools In Yi District Of Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture

Abstract/Summary:
Since the implementation of the new national curriculum reform,school-based curriculum has become an important supplement to the national curriculum and local curriculum.The school-based curriculum development of primary schools in Yi District of Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture can not only adapt to the personality development of primary school students,improve the level of teachers’ education and teaching,highlight the school’s own characteristics,but also improve the quality of education in ethnic minority areas,and enhance the national consciousness and national identity of students in ethnic minority areas.The improvement of education level in minority areas is of great significance to the overall improvement of national quality,because only the education quality in the weakest areas is improved can the education quality of the whole country be fundamentally improved.Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture,as the largest settlement of Yi people,has unique curriculum resources.If it can be reasonably used in primary school-based curriculum,it will have inestimable educational value.By using the methods of questionnaire and interview,this study takes the school administrators,teachers and students of 15 primary schools in six counties of Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan Province as the research objects,and makes statistics and analysis of the relevant data.The results show that the development of school-based curriculum in primary schools in Yi Autonomous Prefecture of Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture has seven aspects: cognition and attitude,knowledge,implementation,quantity and category,management,evaluation,conditions and influencing factors Through in-depth study,we find that there are five dilemmas in the process of school-based curriculum development in Yi District of Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture,namely,the difficulties of consciousness,ability,resources,support and system.There are five reasons for these dilemmas: first,due to the lack of policy publicity,the development subject has a vague understanding of school-based curriculum development;second,due to the lack of teachers’ development ability,the training system needs to be improved;third,due to the weak education awareness of Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture,school-based curriculum development innovation The fourth reason is that the education management department does not pay enough attention to it,and the funds and resources are not allocated enough;the fifth reason is that the education evaluation method is not scientific,and the school-based curriculum development of teachers is "inadequate".In view of the current situation and existing difficulties of school-based curriculum development in primary schools of Yi Autonomous Prefecture of Liangshan,this paper analyzes the deep-seated causes of the difficulties,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the sustainable promotion of school-based curriculum development in primary schools of Yi Autonomous Prefecture of Liangshan.First,strengthen the propaganda of policies,pay attention to the practicality of school-based curriculum,so as to improve the awareness of development;second,build a learning community,To strengthen the school-based curriculum development related training,in order to improve the development ability;the third is to rely on the characteristic resources of Yi nationality,enrich the classroom form,in order to optimize the development conditions;the fourth is to strengthen the planning guidance,promote regional collaborative development,strengthen the support system;the fifth is to add the school-based curriculum development management department,pay attention to diversified evaluation methods,and improve the relevant system.
