| Local culture is an important part of Chinese excellent traditional culture.It has been spread for thousands of years and can be preserved and transmitted.It is a precious wealth of human civilization and progress.It is an urgent task to inherit local knowledge and carry forward national traditional culture.School is an important field of cultural inheritance,and curriculum is the core of school,which is very important in school education.In terms of curriculum management mode,China has established a national,local and school three-level curriculum management structure,and the school has been given a certain autonomy in curriculum development,which provides important policy support for the integration of local culture into the school curriculum in a certain way.Therefore,under the background of the current new curriculum reform,the research on how to integrate local culture into school-based curriculum is the key concern and discussion topic of basic education reform.This study is based on the relevant literature.During the literature review,it is found that most of the previous studies focus on the macro level of local education,less integrate local education into school-based curriculum for research,and pay little attention to the extended function of school-based curriculum to inherit local culture,which provides more exploration space for this study.This paper mainly adopts the research methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and so on.Teachers and students were investigated in the form of random questionnaires,so as to understand the current situation of school-based curriculum development of local culture in primary schools in the A city.Analyze the collected data and materials through data software and draw a conclusion.At the same time,the interview method is also used to interview the school managers and teachers respectively according to the interview outline,so as to further understand the current situation of school-based curriculum development of local culture in primary schools in the A city,so as to provide comprehensive,detailed,true and effective information for this study.Through the investigation and research,it is found that there are the following problems in the school-based curriculum development of local culture in primary schools in a city: teachers lack the awareness of school-based curriculum development and their enthusiasm is not high;the management mechanism and evaluation system of school-based curriculum development are missing,and the leadership is weak;the resources of school-based curriculum development of local culture are scarce,and the utilization rate of off campus resources is low.This is related to the low professional quality of teachers and the lack of training opportunities;managers lack the guidance of school-based curriculum development,and their ideas are backward;lack of communication and cooperation and lack of effective support are closely related.On this basis,this study attempts to put forward the optimization strategy of school-based curriculum development of local culture in primary schools in the A city,which mainly includes: improving teachers’ awareness and ability of school-based curriculum development of local culture;optimize the management mechanism and evaluation system of school-based curriculum development of local culture;optimize the cooperation mechanism and support system.In short,school-based curriculum,as the most reliable carrier of inheriting local culture,deserves the attention and support of the school and the whole society.Schools,families and society should work together to promote the inheritance and development of local culture and the vigorous development of school education. |
