Research On Sports Public Service System In Wuhan

The achievements of sports in Wuhan can not be separated from the rapid development of sports public service.The rapid development of sports public service has played a positive role in promoting sports in Wuhan.However,under the background of the new era,there are still some deficiencies in the construction process of Wuhan sports public service system,which affects the orderly development of Wuhan sports public service,and makes people’s sports needs not be effectively guaranteed.At present,there is little systematic research on sports public service in Wuhan,which affects the overall coordinated and sustainable development of Wuhan sports public service system to a certain extent.In order to build and improve the sports public service system in Wuhan,reasonably allocate resources,meet the sports needs of the people,and solve the problems encountered in the construction of sports public service system.In this study,Wuhan sports public service system as the research object,using the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics,GIS geographic information system and other research methods,the status and problems of Wuhan sports public service system were studied comprehensively and systematically.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The total amount of sports financial expenditure in Wuhan is insufficient,which accounts for a small proportion of government financial expenditure and gross national product.Wuhan has a large amount of financial expenditure on health care,science and technology and education,but a small amount of sports financial expenditure;The structure of sports financial expenditure is unreasonable,and the expenditure on mass sports is small;The main source of funds for sports public service in Wuhan is government funding,and the source of funds is single.(2)Wuhan has continuously promoted the construction of sports venues and facilities,and the area of sports venues has increased rapidly.By 2018,the area of sports venues will reach 23,588,764 square meters,and the per capita area of sports venues will reach 2.1287 square meters per person.There is insufficient construction of sports facilities in Wuhan,and the number and area of sports venues still cannot meet the sports needs of the people;The spatial layout of sports facilities is unreasonable;School sports venues are not open to the outside world.(3)The regional development of sports organizations is unbalanced,with fewer sports organizations in the central city and more sports organizations in huangpi district,Xinzhou District and caidian district;Although the number of public welfare social sports instructors in Wuhan is increasing,the guidance efficiency of public welfare social sports instructors is low,the backbone public welfare social sports instructors are insufficient,and the number of public welfare social sports instructors per capita is large.(4)Improve the input mechanism of sports financial funds;Improve policies and regulations related to sports public services;Strengthen the construction and management of sports facilities;Strengthen the construction of sports organizations;Strengthen the quality and skills of public welfare social sports instructors;Broaden Wuhan residents’ participation in sports public services.
