| Digital economy era,technology subject boundary is broken gradually,the knowledge and technical resources flow degrees of freedom increases,cross-regional knowledge learning and technology transfer activities are increasing,deeply embedded regional entangled in the intellectual property protection network,the protection of intellectual property rights relating to being a regional heterogeneity innovation resource,and the regional knowledge spillovers have a profound impact.To enhance the innovation capacity,each region must strengthen its position in the intellectual property protection network and fully absorb heterogeneous knowledge and technology.Therefore,it is necessary to combine complex network science with regional innovation theory to reinterpret the characteristics of intellectual property network topology and its influence on regional innovation.Given this,this article combed the protection of intellectual property rights in the system and regional innovation on the basis of relevant literature,follow the "perspective-literature review-the problem analysis and value analysis-empirical test-way and strategy research train of thought,adopting the method of mathematical model and the theory of potential difference,defining the area of intellectual property protection network,the concrete construction of the regional intellectual property protection and static network dynamic network and regional intellectual property protection.This paper analyzes the global and local topological structures of regional intellectual property protection networks from the horizontal and vertical aspects to identify the spatial structure characteristics and Spatio-temporal evolution rules of regional intellectual property protection networks.Based on the network embedding theory and spatial measurement method,this paper explores the spatial effect of the dynamic network of intellectual property protection dynamic network on regional innovation and describes the spillover effect of inter-regional intellectual property protection relationships between regions in neighboring regions.It mainly answers the following questions: How to construct and analyze the regional intellectual property protection network mathematically and pattern in a unified network science framework? What is the basic structure and evolution trend of regional intellectual property protection networks?Paper first to network science paradigm,the mathematical definition of the regional IP protection network,using 30 provincial panel data from 2005-2017(the sample temporarily does not cover Tibet),construction of regional IP protection static and dynamic network,statistical tests of regional IP protection network has a "small world" properties,and through the network centricity index,motif,condensing subgroup analysis from the whole social network analysis methods,plate,individual three aspects analyzes the regional network structure characteristics and evolution law of intellectual property rights protection.The results show that there are many asymmetric non-reciprocal relationships in the static network of regional intellectual property protection,and each region is not inclined to form a collectivized protection structure.From the perspective of network evolution trend,regional IP protection is increasingly closely linked,spatial mechanism plays an important role in regional IP protection,the scope and degree of regional IP protection are significantly enhanced,and the trend of network collectivization is also gradually strengthened.Secondly,this paper theoretically expounds the regional complex is formed between the protection of intellectual property associated with internal mechanism and the evolution of the protection of IP related motivation,considering the influence of intellectual property protection correlation of exogenous factors,empirically the structure endogenous network-dependent and multidimensional proximity and innovation resources endowment of formation and evolution of regional IP protection network.From the empirical test results of the formation mechanism of IP protection network,it can be seen that regional R&D investment,economic development level,and human resources level play a significant role in the formation of IP protection network.In addition,proximity factors and population mobility factors have a significant impact on the formation of an IP protection network.According to the empirical test results of the network evolution mechanism of intellectual property protection,the influence of network transitivity,human capital,opening to the outside world,and R&D investment on the network evolution has increased to different degrees.The per capita GDP of each region has an equal influence on the formation of new relationships in the network and the dissolution of existing ones.The influence of regional market share on the disappearance of network edges is strengthened,while the effect of regional market growth rate on the disappearance of network edges is not obvious.This further shows that both network structure and exogenous factors affect the evolution of regional intellectual property protection networks to a certain extent.Finally,based on network embeddedness theory and spatial measurement method,this paper empirically tests the influence of IP protection network structure on regional innovation and its spillover effect by using network structure indicators such as node centrality and node "structural hole" attribute.The results show that the out-degree centrality of network nodes and the structure hole attribute has a promoting effect on regional innovation performance,and the larger scale of connection makes the agents have higher authority in the network,which will enhance the probability of collaborative innovation.The centrality of nodes has a certain inhibitory effect on innovation performance.Network Node Out-degree Centrality has a positive spillover effect on regional innovation.The network effect of intellectual property protection is more likely to be spillover between regions with the same level of economic development,while the spillover effect of regions with a similar institutional environment is weaker.In addition,regional human capital investment has an obvious lag effect of two and three periods,and both of them have a significant promoting effect on the improvement of regional innovation.This article from the theoretical and empirical aspects of the formation and evolution of the regional IP protection network mechanism is analyzed,and based on the theory of network embeddedness and empirically,the protection of intellectual property rights the impact on the regional innovation network structure and its spillover effects,the results of the study will further enrich and expand the area of IP protection research,for our country regional synergy innovation ability of ascension to provide theoretical foundation and basis. |
