Research On The Winning Factors Of Net Type Rouli Ball Men’s Singles

Net type rouli ball is a modern sport with Chinese traditional cultural connotation and western competitive characteristics.Its soft and introverted action is a perfect interpretation of the integration of Chinese and Western cultures,and has become a bridge and carrier of the integration of Chinese and Western cultures.However,the current rouli ball in our country is not popular,theoretical research is also relatively scarce,the only research is mainly focused on its fitness effect,development status and cultural characteristics,while the research on the competitive attributes of net type rouli ball is rarely involved.This study is based on the competitive attributes of net type rouli ball,taking net type rouli ball men’s singles as a breakthrough,through the methods of literature,expert interviews,questionnaire survey,video statistics,logical analysis,mathematical statistics to study the winning factors of net type rouli ball men’s singles,trying to condense the key factors affecting its winning and make up for the current competitive attributes of net type rouli ball At the same time,it provides some guidance and reference for the training and competition of men’s singles coaches and athletes.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The connotation of winning factors in men’s singles of net type rouli ball refers to the factors that have a decisive influence on the winning of men’s singles of net type rouli ball.To further understand,we should focus on the factors that have a decisive influence on the winning of men’s singles of net type rouli ball.It includes technical action specification in skill,stable technical action and accurate ball return;attack oriented tactical ability,flexible tactics;strong speed and sensitivity in physical ability;strong psychological adjustment and observation ability in mental ability.(2)Starting from the essential characteristics of net type rouli ball men’s singles,it is found that it is of great significance to improve the standard degree of technical action and the stability degree of technical action in men’s tennis softball singles to win the game.Its importance is mainly reflected in reducing the violation rate of non forced receiving and throwing and the non forced error rate.(3)Through the analysis of the game,it is found that,because of the particularity of the hitting action of net type rouli ball men’s singles,it is of great significance to improve the accuracy of the return ball and the scoring efficiency of the attack ball in men’s singles.The importance is mainly reflected in improving the return ball in place rate and the threat of the attack ball.(4)In the men’s singles of net type rouli ball,attacking is not to increase the utilization rate of attacking ball,but to take attacking ball as the main scoring means and create opportunities for attacking ball with the cooperation of other techniques.Tactical flexibility is because the situation in men’s singles is changing rapidly,so the game should be based on the characteristics of the project,its own characteristics,the opponent’s play,the rational use of tactics.(5)According to the needs of technique and tactics,strong speed,strength and sensitivity are of great significance to win the men’s net type rouli ball competition;in the complex and changeable competition environment,strong psychological adjustment ability and strong observation ability are also of great significance to win the competition.
