| With the establishment of the world’s largest vocational education system in my country,as an important part of this system,secondary vocational education is playing an increasingly important role in education reform.Accounting is one of the majors cultivated in secondary vocational schools,and improving its teaching quality is an important content of the teaching reform of secondary vocational schools.Accounting is a comprehensive subject that combines theory and practice.However,judging from the current teaching effects of secondary vocational schools,theory teaching and practical application are not well integrated.The secondary vocational accounting training courses have problems such as conservative teaching methods,low student acceptance,emphasis on theory and light on practice,etc.,which lead to insufficient practical ability of students and poor teaching effect.Although N Secondary Vocational Technical School is a veteran secondary school in Sichuan Province,the accounting major is a relatively well-known fist major in the province,but in the teaching process there still exists a traditional teaching method,which emphasizes theory rather than practice,and students’ practical ability is weak.,Learning enthusiasm is not high and other issues,the post situation simulation teaching method can learn accounting knowledge by creating a specific situation,thereby effectively improving the integration of theory and practice teaching,improving students’ enthusiasm for learning,improving students’ practical ability,and improving the effect of students’ learning,This not only meets the practical requirements of the accounting profession,but also meets the application requirements of secondary vocational education.For this reason,this article attempts to introduce the post-scenario simulation teaching method into the accounting training course teaching of N secondary vocational and technical school.This article uses questionnaire survey and interview methods to deeply analyze the problems existing in the accounting professional training courses of N secondary vocational and technical school,and select the two classes of 2019 accounting major in N secondary vocational and technical school as the experimental group and the control group.Semester teaching experiment.The experimental results show that the postsituation simulation method can improve the practical teaching of accounting major in N secondary vocational and technical school.The experiment found that the post-situation simulation teaching method stimulated students’ interest in learning,completed the set teaching goals,and achieved good teaching results,thus realizing an effective combination of theory and practice.However,it also produced students’ learning interest that was difficult to maintain,The unreasonable allocation of training resources,and the insufficient supervision of teachers by the teaching evaluation system.Based on this,this article puts forward the following suggestions: first,create a simulation situation to stimulate learning interest;second,improve teaching facilities and adapt to job simulation;Third,adhere to school-enterprise cooperation and enrich practical experience;fourth,implement student-oriented and strengthen teacher evaluation;fifth,optimize training programs and improve the quality of training.I hope this article can help N secondary vocational technical school solve some of the problems in the accounting training courses,and provide some feasible ideas and references for the teaching reform of the accounting professional training courses of secondary vocational schools,and explore a kind of strong practicality and application.Strong and socially adaptable teaching methods of accounting training courses. |
